Great customer service. The oil change was quick, i was the only customer there at the time. I was informed I needed brakes , which was true . I hadnt had my breaks changed in a few years. I brought my truck in the next day and they had the job done in under 2 hours. The price was more than I wanted to pay , i think it was $800 something. I have a truck so tires and anything else on it aint cheap and I was paying for convince. Will I bring my truck back to get serviced absolutely.

I called around 4:40 PM to ask if they had any vehicles ahead for a state inspection and Emerald told me if I get in now, and no cars are there, I will be first in line. I got there within 15 mins and Destiny checked me in, and got my inspection done along with getting an engine filter replaced. They also showed that my brake fluids and spark plugs needed to be replaced so will do that another day. They were great and Johan rang me up. I recommend this Jiffy Lube for great customer service, kindness, speed, and execution.

Went in to do a routine oil change and a few other services. The staff was helpful from the beginning answering questions I had about what I could get done quickly. Colt, Johan, Lynn, and Ishmael are a great staff ready to get you in and out.

I have been coming to this place for years and have always been treated with respect and a smile. All the people that work here look neat, clean and presentable. Coincidentally today, I went across the street to the new 10 minute oil to be greeted less than with a smile and feeling like I was bothering somebody. Prices are the same so there’s no reason to make a change. Lynn was absolutely a joy to talk to today.

Great atmosphere & vibes from this location, I was only there for an inspection. The crew was well groomed and professional. They didn’t offer additional services I didn’t need. There was no wait time, and I was out within 10 minutes. The manager and his crew mates were very kind, would recommend to others to come.
