Oil change was expensive but everything is now. Service was great was in and out and they did a great job overall.

Jiffy Lube has been our go-to place for state inspections and oil changes for over a decade. After they were acquired recently by a private equity firm, we were worried that the service would decline. But, it has only become even better so far. We appreciate the professionalism and the teamwork that they show, and they are very efficient about getting the work done. They also are honest about what is really needed and what can wait. We will continue to rely on them for servicing all of our vehicles.

*What made my experience great & 5-STARS @ this Jiffy Lube location: -My vehicle's service was priced really fairly and reasonably (Vehicle Emissions Testing priced at a low cost of under $20). -Consistently and from start to finish, all of the Technicians were friendly, helpful, and equipped with professionalism. -As they were evidently knowledgeable in their area of expertise, the main Technician working on my vehicle successfully made a previously unfamiliar vehicle testing process to me turn into an easy one to navigate and understand. In regards to the service process, everything was explained to me in a to-the-point and a matter-of-fact way. I believe that straightforward, upfront & honest communication are best, and they exemplified each and every one of these typical qualities that comprise excellent communication. To put it very simply: I greatly appreciated their great communication skills. While waiting for my service to be completed, this helped put my mind at ease. It made my overall experience a low-stress and low-hassle one. -Even though there were several customers present @ the time of my service, everything was completed in a timely & efficient manner. Even while it was considered busy, my wait time was truly no more than an hour in total/from start to finish of service. -The location itself was well organized and well lit. Everything was in proper working condition. I would describe the environment, including the outside area and the inside Lobby, as clean, orderly, and kept up with. *With these main points being outlined, I 100% have confidence & certainty in my future decision to get services for my vehicle performed at this location again. Went in for an oil change and inspection. Took less than an hour. Waiting area was small but it was clean. They were very fast and efficient. When I asked for a coupon for oil change. It wasn't a problem.
