Went for vehicle inspection, simple and fast. Kevin was a delight!

Always like coming to this location, they’re very quick and professional. Go through your vehicle on what needs to be done and don’t push you to get a certain service done. Kevin got me in and out for an oil change in under 30 mins.

Nice guys but They tell you a price and then the add a bunch of items the ends with much higher I wish they would just how much. Period Then my alert of oil change was not realigned so he said call BMW I don’t know how to reset Like really!!!!!

No one likes to get their oil changed, but I don’t mind at all when I go to this location on Shepherd. The team there is so friendly and the waiting room is clean and comfortable.

Took my car in for an oil change and overall check up before a long driving trip. Everyone was helpful and informative. They called me with a price that was fair and had it all done in an hour. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Your staff is very attentive and kind, but you have a very busy location, and unfortunately it seems a very slow service process, even it is not. Several costumers while I was there were complaining about the lentitud. But I was very happy with your service.

The staff at Jiffy Lube oil change on Shepherd in houston tx were great. I took my 2006 toyota tundra for service and had it completed with utmost care. The clerk Nataly.T explained everything in detail to me while Milton.T the technician performed the services . I will be visiting these guys again soon.

UPDATE: 5/23/26 - this place is still awesome! Brandon helped me out today with my oil change and inspection and thankfully told me my battery was getting down to the last bit of power. The service was quick and he gave me a heads up on the recommended services for my 4 Runner coming up soon. (Based on Carfax) I’ve been in this area about 3 years now and I will continue to come to this location for my oil change services. Previous: Cooper and his crew are quick and no BS. They literally got me in for oil change, inspection, tire rotation quickly and efficiency, I’m talking just short of an hour. They had a LINE of cars and they were cranking out the services the entire time. This is the first time here with my new car but the service was just as great with my previous car. Great location, check them out.

Pretty standard jiffy lube

Great service and efficient they also honored my online coupon. I came in for a routine oil change and they showed me that I needed a new air filter and showed me the air filter to verify. Very professional and friendly.

Incredibly fast. I was in/out in 20 minutes
