Service was fast and friendly. The three guys that were at the Dairy Ashford location were smiling and happy to help.

I walked in to get a state inspection. They got it done so quickly that I managed to go to tax office in time. Thank you guys!

Went for vehicle inspection. The guys were really helpful and polite and offered free cold bottled water in the waiting room, which is awesome considering how hot it is. Great service! ??

The last two times were not the best with mess ups and not having my vehicles in the data base. This time was different and I am hoping it remains. Pleasant /fast and a great experience. I cannot recall the young man’s name - but he was great.

Drove by looking for a spot that promised a fast oil change in their name. I was greeted and told that there was about a 3 hour wait time as was the case at this place off Hwy. 6 South and Westheimer. When I drove to Jiffy lube off Dairy- Asford I was greeted, the assigned a lane (2nd car with 2 in another bay). Calarence (? I have a bad habit of forgetting casual encounters) the store manager checked me in, offered me options to be used, and at a reasonable price. Especially since they got busy in less then 1 minute. Then checked my fluids offered to knock that out ( though I declined). They sold me a nice new air filter in the process while I was comfortable in their air conditioned waiting room. Within in 10 minutes from that time my vehicle was finished and they took care of checking my air pressure in all 4 tires. I was there a total of 20 minutes and on my way. If it sounds to good to be true it really is, 5 minute oil changes are not possible in a big busy city like ours,, but this crew at Jiffy Lube had me outta there in no time, and I am very satisfied with this store. Thanks guys!! Great service, great products to select from, and smiling capable team in action. This is a good team and they are exceeding expectations. No oily hand prints left on my work van inside or out. Great customer service was apparent. Thanks guys!! I went to a different location this morning, and I must say I was very happy with my visit.I got a warm welcome and great smile from Asha when I arrived,followed by Calvin as well,smiling and letting me know he will be doing my oil change.I was asked if I wanted to stay in my car or wait inside of the office,I choose to wait inside and was told water and Tv was available.Every employee that entered the office spoke and said Good Morning.Asha came into the office and told me my oil change was completed and we discussed what was done with my car.Wow I can actually say I was truly impressed with this location.Great Service and Employees.I will be returning to this location on my next visit

What a great experience. The team at this location is high energy and efficient. We had 2 cars getting serviced and we were in and out in under an hour. We were offered water and shown where the bathrooms were. Thank y ou for being so awesome.

Manager of the store performed my car maintenance in a professional manner. I trusted what he said needed to be done as he explained the work required. Great Store. The team at this Jiffy Lube are extremely helpful. You can tell they work aa a team to assure that all customers receive the best service. This is my go to place for car maintenance. Other customers waiting expressed the same views. Recommending on my neighborhood news letter as well
