Great service and fast

Found a nail in my tire after work and jiffy was the only shop still open to get me in and out super quick

Awesome place! You get what you pay for but they always have coupons available and they have the check the oil every 5k miles. The new manager I wish I could remember his name but he’s the one located in Horizon took the time to explain things to me about a little noise in my car. He is the definition of customer service. I will be returning when it’s time! And his staff as well. I used to use Walmart but they are horrible. I don’t mind paying some extra cash for great fast service and great customer experience. They also have a discount of 30 dollars I believe on Sundays. So I highly recommend them at least check them out once.

This is a fairly new location on Horizon Blvd. and the waiting area inside has no air-conditioning. I decided to wait outside where even though it was also hot, but at least there was a breeze.

Had a diagnostic done here about 2 months ago and Yvette was super nice. I can genuinely see her trying to learn the mechanics job as well and that really impressed me as a former female US Army soldier. It's good to be well-rounded at your business and this girl is going for just that.

I went and had an oil change and the service was so professional but yet down to earth explaing to this senior citizen all that they did. I also received a great experience dealing with Yvette Duran because she helped me alot with being comfortable there. From their amazing customer service member Yvette to the technicians who got my car right again! Yvette was very helpful and informative about what my car needed and what mileage I would require more service for my vehicle and the technicians were very thorough and fast! 10/10 and definitely recommending everyone to stop on by when your vehicle needs maintenance!!!
