I had a great experience with Mikey. We talked through everything they recommended and what their expert opinions/recommendations were. I felt like I got great care and was taken care of.

This place was definitely not on my places to stop today but I am so glad that I did. Came in for a quick Oil change and got with the best service I’ve had in years. Mikey and Nyeisha were incredibly personable, and the team was fantastic. (Windshield cleaning and the side mirrors? Seriously the cherry on top) Their speed, thoroughness, explanation of services and hospitality makes me wish I lived closer to have my car serviced regularly by them. In the brief time they serviced my car they re-instilled a trust and confidence that there are still genuine people who care about great car service. Cannot recommend more! 10/10

I love jiffy lube here in Harker heights Texas ! Mikey greeted me and made things so easy for me, They did the fastest oil change and also took care of my mother’s vehicle as well. The whole staff was amazing and I won’t be going anywhere or recommending people to go anywhere else but the jiffy lube in harker heights !!! Once again thank you Mikey for making today’s experience amazing!!!! 5 stars all around!!!!

Customer service was outstanding. Felt welcomed and not pressured into getting the most expensive oil change. We arrived with no wait and were in and out within 10minutes or less.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube. Reagan, James, Mikey, and David provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick, thorough, and done right the first time. You can tell they genuinely care about taking care of their customers. Highly recommend this team — they made the whole process smooth and stress-free!

This was my first time going to Jiffy lube and I was truly impressed. Customer service was excellent, Micky greeted me and Angel had a wonderful singing voice. The gentleman worked well together and seemed to be a great team.

Excellent experience with this Jiffy Lube location. Nyeshia, James & Mikey got me in quickly, explained the options and reasoning for services in an understandable way. They are fast and incredibly efficient. Very pleased!

Thank you Mikey and the guys who fixed up my Subaru! Quickly explained what the issue was, laid out the solution, and didn’t press me for extra stuff. Will be coming back for the polite customer service and fast results!

Michael, Nyeshia, James were amazing. Michael was very knowledgeable and talked me through every step of the way. Nyeshia reset my cars dashboard for me. They were all super nice even on this hot day.

Amazing service! New General Manager involved with each customer and employee making sure to go above and beyond. Came in for an Oil Change and got a handshake, windows cleaned, mirrors cleaned, and great pricing.
