Good team great service

Very friendly, great customer service. I was in & out in under 50 min had oil change, they topped off my wiper fluid, coolant & checked air in tires. There was one car already in bay so very satisfied how fast we got in & out.

Went in for an oil change, my oil filter was installed to tight by the last service center (not Jiffy Lube) and the technicians were having a really difficult time removing it. They worked relentlessly and even called the district manager to come assist. They eventually got it off and the rest of the oil change went off without a hitch. They even gave me a discount for the inconvenience.

I stopped in without an appointment to have my car inspected for registration renewal, and was taken care of right away. The technicians got me in and out in no time, and they were all very nice and personable.

These are my go-to guys.! I have been going to this location since 2021 and they are wonderful.! The staff and leadership have done changed hands several times since then but the replacements all follow suit and perform in the spirit of excellence.! My baby (my car) will turn 16 years old this year and they have been her caregivers.! We are both grateful for the team of professionals that handle us both with care.! I am a Veteran and they give military discounts.! Winning..! I love these guys and their work ethic.! Please entrust them with your cars - you won’t regret it.!

Ot was.great in line 5min then they changed the oil an told me some upcoming things i needed to.do then i was done they were real helpful in tellin me the other issues i needed done

I had them use the headlight restoration on my front headlights and the logo cover because they were very dirty! They did an amazing job cleaning it and made it look brand new! They took care of some other things for me as well. I highly recommend this location! They are super nice and give you honest recommendations for your vehicle needs! The lobby was comfortable and cool too! No complaints!

Always friendly and inviting. Great service. They tell you what is suggested for your car at the mileage at that, but they’re never pushy on up selling

I went in for my oil change before making an unplanned cross country trip with my children. The service was going to cost me a great deal more than what I was able to pay. The staff made sure my car was safe to go and brought my balance down to something I could afford. I am so thankful to have ended up with Valvoline.

Went in for a needed oil change and new filters since I passed on them last time. They found I needed coolant too. Greg was great and found me a few discounts saving me some money. It was all done in about 30 minutes. Thanks guys!

The customer service was good!

This place is good, but not cheap. If you want a cheap oil change go to Walmart. Their prices are high but the service is going. Example: 2025 Nissan Sentra oil change, air filter and cabin filter over $200.

Cameron was friendly in welcoming me in their customer lounge. Got me in and out in 15 minutes, which has been the best oil change experience I’ve had in my 3 years here in Dallas. Relatively good prices, and they had good military veteran discounts.

Customer service is always important to me. The Service person was very professional when he approached my car asking which services I needed. He explained everything clear and simple. Then he opened my car door for me when I arrived and when I left. This was my second visit. I will return.

Joseph and his team provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to assist with an oil change and replace a stripped part last minute! I appreciated their patience and professionalism. Highly reccommend :)
