Excellent service! Clear recommendations and you don’t have to sit in your hot car while it’s getting done. The price is on par with anywhere else. I’ll recommend this place to anyone. The manager Nicolas I hope that’s how you spell it was great and very informative

I had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube on Campbell Rd, thanks to Brent Perry! Brent was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to check my battery and alternator, clean my battery terminals, and explain everything to me clearly. I really appreciate how patient and thorough he was. He made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Excellent customer service from Brent! He is a great asset to Jiffy Lube, and I truly appreciate all of his help. Thank you, Brent, for going above and beyond!

Went in for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Brent. He was friendly and got my car in and out quickly. He explained any add ons he recommended and let me know which filters would be good and for how long. It was a great experience and why I always go to this location.

The best service in town. The staff is friendly, the service is great and comes with good quality. They also provides repair to most parts while some other places don’t deal with transmission or AC. Their treat customer a lot better than dealer’s service centers (by the way, the worst I’ve ever seen is Town North Mazda so that they get a lot of 1-star or 2-star reviews). If you want your car to be taken care of and be respected as a customer? Come to Jiffy Lube.

The men here were friendly and had my car serviced within a reasonable amount of time. They were transparent on their suggestions for what I actually needed besides the oil change and tire rotation. (They physically brought me my filthy cabin filter ?? and broken windshield wiper ??.) Gave me a few discounts and I was good to go! I recommend this location I will be coming back ??

Had my oil change done here recently and was really happy with the service. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly before starting. It didn’t take long at all, and the price was fair with no hidden fees. They even did a quick check on my tires/fluids as a bonus. Will definitely be coming back for future service!

I received an oil change and a state inspection, i didn’t wait long at all and the staff was very helpful and communicative, i’ll be back!

Went in today to get my routine oil change. Nicolas was knowledgeable and helpful. Explained the dirty filters and the need to replace them. Nicolas went out of his way to assist with my coupons. His kind spirit is the reason why I will continue to visit the Jiffy Lube on Campbell Road.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Jiffy Lube, especially the manager, Nick. I came in dealing with tire trouble, and even though it wasn't something they were obligated to help with, Nick went above and beyond. He took the time to help me put my spare tire on so I could safely get on my way to have my tire repaired. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Nick was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me out, even though there was nothing in it for him. Based on the service I received, I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for a place that truly puts customers first. Thank you again, Nick!

Very easy to get in without hasle and the service technician that Rally's customers in front of the shop in the mornings holding the deals sign escorted me right up to the shop and greeted me very kindly, the jiffy lube team services my car under 45. Minutes maybe 30 minutes and checked the basics, really excellent service .

Fast and friendly. Samantha was great. She explained everything in detail and even gave me some pointers on where to go next instead of DMV.

I had my oil change done here and I highly recommend this place! The service was quick, efficient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also offered to replace my windshield wipers and air filter. Normally, I’m a little skeptical when additional services are recommended because it can sometimes feel like an attempt to upsell, but in this case, I already knew both were due for replacement, which made me appreciate that they brought it to my attention. What really stood out to me, though, was the pricing. The cost was very reasonable, especially for the type of vehicle I drive, and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t need. Between the quality of service, reasonable prices, and quick turnaround, I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

This place is great! I came here after a bad experience at WalMart automotive and they fixed me up. Samantha in particular was outstanding. Samantha even fixed a problem for me that had nothing to do with the oil change I came in for. I will be back in 5,000 miles for my next oil change.

Came on July 3rd for an oil change and took only 10-15 min.. way faster than any experience I’ve had at any other place. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

The staff were really nice and knowledgeable about what my Jeep needed. Plus after working 12 hours overnight, they made sure my service time was quick and efficient.
