Your Assistant Manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood all of my options and completed my car in a timely manner. We waited in a comfortable lobby, which even included coffee, water and a massage chair. I met another lady that told me" I com from clear across town, passing other Jiffy Lube stores, just for the great service at this location. Thank you very much! A satisfied Customer, on an extremely HOT DAY....

First visit. Outstanding facility (clean, organized, well kept) and service work performed was overall excellent. One very minor issue: tire pressures were not set to manufacture recommendation (needs to be 33 front/40 rear cold PSI)

Honestly I have always had a good experience at this Jiffy Lube until the other day. I got a signature service oil change and they kept trying to upsell me the whole time. Top off coolant? $10. Fuel additive? $10. Rotate tires? $10. Cabin air filter? $60 (they are $12 on Amazon). Finally they came in with “yeah, you need new brakes” $500. I declined and got a little “tsk tsk” accompanied by an eye roll. Never been treated like that before so I think I might just try Take 5 next time.

As usual, the work is thorough. However, it was much slower than usual. No one seven spoke to me until about 30 minutes after I walked into the reception area.

At this local Jiffy Lube I receive professional service with a short wait time.

My inspection after the car in front of me took a matter of 10 minutes. Lupe escorted me to the waiting room and returned moments later to ring me up. She opened the door for me, escorted me to my car and opened my car door. Very polite and professional.

I’ve been taking my car here for years and always excellent service. I’ve moved and still will drive the distance to have my ca serviced. Today I had the emissions test and windshield wipers replaced .
