They serviced my Toyota MR2 with incredible attention to detail and made sure everything was done precisely and professionally. The team was friendly, thorough, and genuinely cared about providing great service. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and that really makes a difference. I will definitely be going back. Went in today for emissions test and was on my way in 15 minutes flat. The team was agile, responsive and respectful. Will come here again in the future.

Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Very efficient. Clean business. Wasn't "dirty shop" feeling like some places are. They also give really good military discounts!

The guys were very nice and accommodating but the female was rude. The young man told her that I had an appointment at 1 and her reply was "not my problem." Workers need to watch what they say around the customers

It needs to be understood and appreciated that this location in Forney is one of the busiest locations for Jiffy Lube nationally. It has been managed by the most energetic and customer focused managers I’ve ever experienced that didn’t own the business they were managing. Jiffy Lube this guy should be training all your managers.

One of the best places to go get your oil changes and other things checked!! Ray is a great manager and his team is very customer service oriented!!! I highly recommend!!!

The technician that did my car inspection was so nice and even walked me to the office because of the other drivers are not careful he was absolutely awesome.

I didnt grab his name but he did my inspection today and he was a true gentleman. Opening doors and everything. The service was quick and efficient.

My experience was very good but I had requested an inspection with my oil change and they forgot to do my inspection but they did compensate me with not charging me for the inspection. The guys are always very respectful and professional
