5 star staff! I CANNOT praise them enough for being great with me. I pulled in having several issues to my car, He explained everything thoroughly, with pricing and recommendations. Took care of me in a timely manner, got to talk to a few of the workers, they’re really cool people and the overall vibe in that location is perfect. This is my go-to location now

Received great service today from Mia, Nicholas, Jovan, Jayden, and Ricky as they all helped with me car in some way. I had an oil change and all four breaks/rotors/fluid replaced on my Ford Fusion. They even noticed that my license plate light was out and replaced that too. All done the same day. Would highly recommend this shop!!!!!!!

In and out in 15 minutes for my emissions inspection! Mary was great at getting me where I could go to wait and enjoyed a complimentary bottle of water while I waited.

Came on a Sunday morning and got my state inspection done, oil changed, and tires rotated. It was discovered that 2 of my wheel locks were missing, bought now ones at local auto store and returned where they installed the 4 new wheel locks and removed the 2 old ones. Thanks.

I received exceptional service during my oil change today. Mia always greets customers with a warm smile, no matter if the weather is hot or cold. She consistently goes above and beyond, offering helpful coupons and making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly set her apart. Highly recommend! That’s where I will only take my vehicles!!

I work down the street from this location. It was the logical choice. I am glad I did go. Mia walked right up and took my information and told me about the specials. Mary immediately offered a bottle of water soon as I pulled in. Nicholas made sure my tire pressure was good. They even removed the corrosion from my battery. I'm glad I chose this location.

Just an amazing experience! Staff were friendly, the waiting area was impeccable. Daxon was friendly, inviting and knowledgeable, and Mia not only handled the questions I had about the services I needed performed, but she educated me about what I could expect in the near and distant future for service to consider. I’ve been to many Jiffy Lubes, and always had great experiences, but this one was the absolute cream of the crop! Awesome team, fast friendly service, a truly great experience!

The Kindness of Strangers! Today I had the pleasure of getting my vehicle inspected at Jiffy Lube in Bridgeland. I had a great experience there today. After a long day, it's really nice to meet kind people. De'Adrian went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I visited Jiffy Lube in Bridgeland about a month ago for a quick oil change, and I was really impressed. The young team there was super polite and attentive, making the whole process smooth and easy. Jimmy, one of the technicians, went out of his way to make sure everything looked great and that I was out the door on time. Great job, Jiffy Lube team—definitely coming back!

Brought my ‘23 Hellcat Redeye here for a brake fluid flush and replacement and I’m Beyond satisfied with their service. Jaden and his team were thorough, respectful, positive and went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had. The work was done quickly and efficiently with everyone who was there that day helping out with the service. I even left my phone there by mistake and the team waited a few minutes after closing so that I could come retrieve it. I’ll be coming back for an oil change and coolant exchange soon!
