The gentleman who serviced my car, Stephen, was very kind and professional. From the moment I arrived, customer care was at the forefront; it was a rainy morning, he walked me to and from my car holding an umbrella. As for my vehicle, he kept me informed of my options and cost for repair and recommended what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. I am very pleased and impressed by the level of professionalism, honesty and customer service. Will return for future services.

I went in for an inspection. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I arrived just closing time and didn't realize it. They didn't rush my services, they still completed their tasks with a smile and professionalism.

10/10 service and very quick and excellent customer service, very polite employees, reasonable price. Great place to get inspection as well and oil changes.

Stopped in to have my radiator flushed. Got right in, the tech explained the process and the cost. The entire process took 15 minutes. Both gentlemen that serviced my car were polite, responsive, no surprises. Definitely a good experience.

There was no wait today so I was in and out in 15 minutes!

I was SO well taken care of today I had to stop and leave a review! From the moment I pulled up until leaving (which was only 20 min btw) I was treated with professional and kindness. I was able to stay in my car during the entire thing. They even filled up my tires for me without asking. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me on anything extra. They just let me know what they could do if I was interested (change out windshield wipers etc). My young daughter was with me and even commented how friendly and easy it was. How refreshing compared to many other places I have been to for car service. Highly recommend this location specifically.

Thank you Jiffy Lube. The service was great and fast. I took in 2 cars for oil changes and was in and out on a Saturday with in 25 minutes. Thank you Shaun for all your help, it was greatly appreciated.

We came in for a state inspection and inquired about headlight restoration as well. I wasn’t expecting them to be able to get me in for the headlights but to my surprise they did. Everyone was very friendly and in these times that is rare. The headlights look so much better than when we came in. We were only there for maybe 30 to 40 minutes for both the inspection and restoration. A very positive experience.

Need to say that the service was excellent and especially Ms. Carolina one of the managers and the Mechanic. I was in a rush initially when I reviewed my service 4-5 days ago. But thought it was very important to review fully. Thank you Jiffy Lube!!!!!
