Stopped by Jiffy Lube today for my annual oil change on my mint condition 2016 Kenne Bell Mustang GT and the shop was clean and well kept, the crew was very professional and even offered my wife and I complimentary water while we waited in the car. Service was thorough, efficient and fast. I bring my own premium oil and filter whenever I get oil changes including this time. My only issue with these quick oil change places here in CC is that they don't honor their online discount coupons unless they use their own oil/filters - I'm a veteran and a senior, but to no avail.. This equates to their prices being way too high for what you're getting - in fact double what I was paying in the state of VA who still honored their coupons there. This is my second visit to this specific location, but with my other vehicle. I have my reasons for choosing Jiffy Lube over the dealership - I can watch what they're doing. At the dealership, I don't have eyes on my 700+ hp Mustang at all times and they like to take advantage and joy ride in my car because of this. Fortunately, I'm retired and only have to change my vehicle's oil once evey year because I drive way less than the average annual mileage. Overall, I would recommend this Jiffy Lube if money is not an issue. Thanks

I was told by Autonation Toyota I needed break fluid at an expensive cost. Lisa the manager had it checked and showed me the litmus strip. I didn’t need fluid. This is an honest happy place. I will bring all of my business here. Thank you to Lisa and staff.

When I arrived at the location, I was greeted with professional professionalism and kindness. The people were very thorough with the information and the experience was pleasant. This was my first time with a new company to do my oil changes, I was offered a refreshment , offered to wait in the waiting room (only if wanted, not mandatory) .. the thing that caught my attention is how every step of the way you are informed of what’s happening!

It was my first time at a jiffy lube and they were fast and friendly. I was in and out in just 35 minutes. They Explained everything to me and what I had to replace soon.

Good service, they were able to clean up the bottom of my car when my oil was leaking as well as replace my oil and do my tire rotations for a reasonable price. Juan Castro was especially helpful when he saw my check engine light was on.
