Great service and an excellent team!

Never fails that when I go, I am treated as if I am a #1 customer. They always check everything even if I am just coming in for my tire pressure. Everyone is welcoming and carries exceptional customer service etiquette. I have yet to have a bad experience.

The staff was very friendly and excellent customer service. They were very thorough in inspecting the vehicle and made helpful recommendations as to wear-items and filters that should be replaced, but were not pushy or using high pressure tactics to purchase additional services. That in itself has me going back to this location in the future. Great job staff!!

My transmission service was done in 1 hour and 50 minutes.

I almost booked my oil change at the Nissan dealership and was quoted nearly $300 ?? — no thanks. I decided to try the Jiffy Lube near me instead, and I’m honestly glad I did. From the moment I pulled in, Sarah (CSA) was quick and thorough getting my info. Benjamin R. handled the upper bay and walked me step-by-step through the inspection and oil change — even helped me reset my mileage reminder afterward. Adrian G. (lower bay) and CT Benjamin R. kept everything moving smoothly, and Ramon R. at checkout wrapped it up just as professionally. They explained my filters clearly, answered every question without hesitation, and never rushed me. The whole team knew exactly what they were doing, and it showed. Fast, organized, and respectful service — easily the best drive-through oil change experience I’ve had. Five stars all the way. Great job to the entire Wednesday morning crew at Jiffy Lube! Great service at a reasonable price.

Jiffy lube doesn’t disappoint. I just don’t like the sales tactic of trying to selling me wipers by telling me mine are going bad when I personally bought them a month ago. Other then that this is the nicest jiffy lube I’ve been to.
