Great service

Very Professional they let you know exactly what's going on. Whitney needs to be done and why. I feel comfortable bringing my car here. It's my first time owning Alexis and the first year. I took it to the dealer for service and then I decided I'm gonna try these guys so I'm glad I did because I'll be getting full service including tires there from now on don't let the name for you. It's not one of those cheap oil change places their prices are very reasonable and they do good work.

$149 for a synthetic oil change after using a $25 coupon seems like a lot. Saw similar type of service from Midas on Groupon for $100 less afterwards, will go that route next time.

Got an oil change and rear brakes done with Jacob at Jiffy Lube today. He was extremely professional, quick, and polite. The work was completed in less than three hours and he called me promptly when it was finished. I am very pleased. I will definitely be returning to this location on 1488.

I went to jiffylube for a state inspection. They did the inspection with no problems. I was surprised about all the services they do. Great work .

Awesome service with exceptional advise, going the extra mile to pull out the filters and show me even though I had already changed them two weeks prior. A big call out to the person that helped when billing and showing the filters, unfortunately I do not have his name but top customer service

Best experience! I thought I needed an oil change. The awesome employee told me that it would be a wasted oil change because I didn’t need it yet. They also aired up my tires while I was there. Talk about HONEST and great service!!!!! I will be using them going forward.

I had a transmission flush, and coolant flush. Michael B. informed me on all the work that needed to be performed and physically presented what was wrong with my fluids. Now my vehicle runs like a dream. My car shifts waaaaay better than it did before. Thank you for taking care of me Michael, you saved my truck. It’s been a pleasure.

Got my inspection done and an oil change. I was there maybe 25 minutes max that beat my expectations

I went in for an oil change and they found a huge rat nest in my air conditioner. They were changing the internal air filter and pulled out a trash bag of pine straw and rat poop. I had been breathing this stuff for weeks and had a terrible cough. Jiffy Lube has taken care of my vehicles before but this time they might have saved my life. Thanks guys.

The young man I dealt with was respectful. I did make a comment that the price had gone up considerably and he said they were having a hard time getting oil.

These folks are always so friendly and knowledgeable and they will work with you if you don’t have much money or if you could spend a little they’ll help you spend it in the right way!

This was my initial visit to Jiffy Lube, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service I received. The services provided included an oil change and tire rotation. I particularly appreciated the digital display that clearly outlined the findings and associated costs, which was both easy to comprehend and straightforward. This method is far more preferable to reviewing paper documents filled with complex figures.
