I had a very good experience at Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. They explained the service clearly, let me know what type of oil was recommended for my vehicle, and went over everything before completing the work. The oil change was handled efficiently, and I appreciated that the employees took the time to check the vehicle over instead of making the service feel rushed. They were courteous throughout the visit and answered my questions without putting pressure on me to purchase additional services I didn't need. The facility was organized, and the overall process was convenient. I especially appreciated being kept informed about what was being done to my vehicle. Once the service was finished, they reviewed everything with me and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Jiffy Lube. The combination of friendly customer service, professionalism, and efficient work made the oil change much easier than expected. I went in for an emissions test on Saturday at lunch time. there were three young guys sitting outside the front office on their phones. I asked them where I should park, and one of them told me Bay 3. I pulled around to Bay 3 and waited for the car ahead of me to finish. Dan was there and was absolutely awesome. it's just sad that he was the only one doing any actual work. if it weren't for Dan, I'd be giving fewer stars.
