Done professional and quickly

I brought my Lexus NX200T in for a state inspection, and the team at this Jiffy Lube delivered exactly what the brand promises. They were professional, courteous, and quick — truly getting me in and out with no wasted time. I was there long enough to watch them handle other customers the same way: respectful, efficient, and organized. This staff put the “quickness” back into the Jiffy Lube brand. Fast service, consistent care, and a team that clearly takes pride in doing things right. Excellent job by the staff. They earned this review.

As usual the team does a great job. Very friendly, professional, and always get me in and out quickly.

So helpful, super friendly, went above and beyond for sure. Not the cheapest, but excellent, reliable service and results that are certainly worth the extra few bucks. Highly recommend!

Efficient service with personable customer service!

I went in for an oil change. My air had gone out and I wasn't sure where to go to get it serviced. I was informed that a free AC check was included. Charles was able to fix my AC a very low price. I'm happy with my service.

I went in for an emissions inspection. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff was friendly.

The service was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly, professional, and helpful. I had my oil changed, and one of the employees recommended replacing my engine air filter. I’ve never replaced my engine air filter since I bought my car, so this was actually the first time I’ve ever had it done. I really appreciated that they took the time to check everything and explain what my car needed. I’m very impressed with the service and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

I didn’t have any repair work done on my vehicle. I brought it in for a state inspection, and I was very impressed with their professionalism. The inspection was completed quickly, and they took the time to provide all the necessary explanations. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to have my wife’s car inspected as well. Just came in for a state inspection but they took care of my tires (the pressure light had gone off) without me saying anything. Very friendly.

I came in for a oil change and had a major shock today. I previously came in for a oil change at Jiffy lube and the oil that was put in my van was not the recommended oil for my van (diesel). Not taking anything away from the previous workers because they were pretty good BUT Thank God for Christian which is a new manager at the Carrollton location. He advised me that the oil that was used last time and the same oil that I requested to be used this time was not the correct one. I know it sounds simple to some but when you use your vehicle to make a living it's so huge. Thanks alot Christian, your the man. Jiffy lube please keep this guy at all cost .??

This is great shop. They took very good care of me. There was an issue with a part, but the Manager Christian Forte , went above and beyond to get the part, put it on an no charge and made sure I was completely satisfied. He has his staff trained on point and you will get a quality oil change, inspection, & auto repair done (if needed). I'll bring my cars back here for oil changes anytime.

It was a quick in and out. They even showed me how to change the air filter and cabin filter. That was really nice of them and I saved money doing it myself.

When I drove up Joseph immediately came out to my car. He answered my questions and was professional and friendly. Work was finished in about 15 to 20 minutes. Then the supervisor came in to check me out. He was friendly and asked if I had any questions. I was so impressed with both of them. I have never been impressed by service of my car until today.

I didn't know this place was near my house and had been traveling far. I was very satisfied. It is especially great that they are available on Sundays. The waiting room was also very clean. The staff are friendly. I have been to many auto repair shops, but I have never seen a place with a workspace as clean and tools as organized as this one.

Efficient and great service!

My boyfriend and I have both been using this location for the past year. The workers are always so nice and the inside is clean and well kept. If I have any questions they are always more than happy to answer them. We both have newer cars (2018 & 2019) so we haven’t needed to get anything other than oil changes and an inspection done. They never take long and always top all of our fluids off. We highly recommend them to anyone in the area!
