Excellent. The GM was extremely kind and very informative

The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they messed with the air in my tires after Discount tire had just fixed it.

Got me in and out in in under 30 minutes. Got an inspection. Showed me the filters and suggested I replace them. Great service.

I totally recommend Jiffy Lube. They stick to their word when they say 15 minutes. Exactly what it was. All the technician I came into contact with were nice, thorough and efficient. They communicated like they cared that I was there and compared to what I paid a year ago for the same service elsewhere, the price was great! I just don’t think anyone else could beat the price for all they checked and and took care of on my car.

came in near closing but they took good care of me and got me out quickly and for a great price.

Everyone here is so polite and friendly. The service was fast, and they have services in addition to an oil change. I will definitely be back.

Very helpful atmosphere very cheerful the guys there were beautiful they help me they explain everything to me and they went into detail unfortunately when I got there did not know that I did not have my insurance so I had to call and get a new policy because it expired a few days before however the guy they help me get in contact with the insurance company I did not have my glasses with me because I wasn't expecting them have what happened what happened they wrote down numbers for me they read stuff for me they were beautiful I will give Morgan a hundred if I could this jiffy lube I definitely would recommend it to anyone

This was my first time in this location in a while. The gentleman that we’re running the place were so extremely nice. They were helpful. I don’t think that I’ll go anywhere else after this.

Jeff was absolutely a blessing, they’re normally by appointment but we had a bolt fall off our tire, they fixed it quickly with no charge!! thank yall so much!!

This is a great little shop. I am always in-and-out quickly for my oil changes and/or emission inspections. They are all very friendly and the lobby is always clean.

I called to find out what the cost would be for an oil change then told them I would be there shortly. Jacob was very professional & friendly over the phone. When I got there they met me at my car & walked me into the office after I told them I needed an oil change. They were very thorough and explain things to me as they went. They had to remove my protective covering over my oil pan and told me they would not be able to put it back on and I told them no problem. I would have my son do it. The three gentlemen that were there were very kind and professional. They explained the cost to me and that they had found an oil leak and explained that also. The only thing that I would change is that when they give the cost over the phone or even in person, they need to explain that if your vehicle takes more quarts than what you believe they do they need to tell you how much more it’s going to cost up front. I was given a cost for 5 quarts. Then I found out that my car takes a little over 5 quarts so I wasn’t prepared for the extra cost for the extra quart. I am very pleased with my visit and I will be back. I fully appreciate that they offer a coupon to help absorb some of the cost. Thank you Jacob & the 2 guys working today.

Great service by great people

Jacob, the owner came out to tell me about my car personally. John explained my oil and showed what it looked like.. The other tech on staff provided great customer service. I was not disappointed. They did a great job!!!

If you get service done in Burleson you should come here. These guys are the best. They are fast and don't play games with you
