Technician was great got my brake fluid replaced did an excellent job

I had a skid plate drop while I was driving home after hitting some road debris. The gentlemen at the Jiffy Lube recognized what happened to me the second I pulled in and offered to fix it, free of charge. They also checked my tire pressure for free, and even replaced a missing tire gauge cap! It took a huge load off my mind. Their kindness and friendliness really blew me away. Thank you especially to Ketchum and to Ronnie for y’all’s help!

Man, Ronnie is the guy!!! He was a very fast/hard worker and had all the knowledge necessary to guide me through my situation. I’m a broke college kid like many in BCS and he helped me prioritize which projects to do first according to how difficult it is to do it myself and how time-sensitive/dangerous it is. He told me that we would not charge ANYTHING until he is 100% sure what the problem is, which is very valuable because I have been misdiagnosed in the past by other guy. Ronnie is such an asset to this company. All of the other guys were also very respectful and very helpful. My ONLY complaint is that the price for parts is a lot, even though I understand that they don’t control that. Fortunately, they told me that they wouldn’t charge for parts if I supplied my own.

Wow, Jiffy Lube has upped their game! Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Reminiscent of the old 50’s gas stations! Thank you, I will go no where else!

I have a great experience. This was a major service for my car that included transmission and brake fluid change. Darrell was a great guy and took very good care of the car. Prices are reasonable and the whole services with tire balancing took around 2.5 hrs. Waiting area was clean, cool and coffee is available.

My mom had a great experience getting her oil change here. The technician Cruz was a very kind, respectful, and honest young man who took the time to explain everything without any pressure. It’s so refreshing to receive such genuine and trustworthy service. Highly recommend!!

Very kind as soon as you get in there , they are very friendly with you they treat you nice, offer you some water or coffee. After all the service was great.

I had the best experience especially from the guy who serviced my car he did a great job, very informative and professional his name is cruz. Would recommend to everyone to get their oil changed there and if cruz is available all for him. Very satisfied of every single thing at this location because of cruz.
