Very convenient for an oil change I needed in a pinch- being open on weekends was great for my schedule and worked out well. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

Good spot just be sure to research your correct oil as they offered the wrong oil at first

Jiffy love is Awesome! Everytime We go to our Boerne jiffy lube , they treat us with kindness , always explain everything !! If they make a mistake like in price or something they make sure to make it right. Our car is always given to us clean ( no papers etc ) I prefer to take my car to jiffy lube for everything that they can take care of there, Best Juffy Lube ever !!

New to the area but have now been for oil changes twice. Both times greeted promptly and very transparent communication. Will be back!

Great service. Friendly staff. Did not show me the oil dip stick level after service and start up. When I got home I checked the oil level and the level is too much oil.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I chose to sit in the lounge while the technician handled my oil change. They were done in about 10 minutes! It’s the fastest I’ve ever had my oil changed! Definitely recommend.

The staff were wonderful. We no longer live near Boerne but I will always drive 45 minutes to go to this shop.

They were timely and courteous as usual, however I think they got confused as the attendant told me 5 w 20 was used as I requested. The receipt says 0 w 20 was used. Better check next time I suppose.

The staff here is always very professional and welcoming but today they went above and beyond. I brought my Jeep in because I could hear what sounded like meowing coming from under my car. They went to work quickly searching for a cat in my engine in this 90 degree heat! I’m happy to report that a small gray kitten was rescued! Thank you for being compassionate and showing dedication to your customers, no matter how small or furry.

Great experience at Jiffy Lube today getting an oil change on my Ford Transit. The team was professional, quick, and very helpful. They even took the time to point out a couple minor issues and helped clear all the warning lights on my dash. Really appreciated the attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend these guys!

Alex and his team were incredibly thorough; they inspected my car, showed me videos of the issues, tested my battery with a full report, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They even gave honest recommendations and referred me to other shops for repairs. Super professional, transparent, and kind. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Jiffy Lube. Highly recommend!

Love this location!

My family goes to Jiffy Lube for every oil change and state inspection. We’ve been going to the Boerne one for years! Never had a bad experience at this location. A few days ago I went in to get an oil change and because my car needed some unexpected repairs, this very sweet man took the time to explain all of my car repair needs (from dire to I can fix it soon) and even showed the issues to me. And then, he threw in a free tire rotation! Wish I could remember his name, but he is my new favorite! So, thank you!!

These guys were top notch and helped diagnose what those bozos at take 5 messed up. They found the oil filter was incorrectly installed and helped me diagnose the wrong oil was on my truck.
