Best experience ever! Luis, Eddie and Colton had me in and out in less than 10 minutes! Eddie changed my oil in 2 minutes ( we actually timed this!). Transparent and fair pricing, quick, and courteous customer service. Luis and his team are fantastic guys, 10/10 fully recommend!

No one tried to upsell me anything and I was in and out in under 15 minutes, in my car the whole time. Only complaint is it seemed expensive at $110, but they did do my tires for free at my request.

After many stops to other service centers, no where else had Emission Inspections available on 3pm on a Monday, but William G got me. He was a speed demon, and took care of me faster than I could have expected. And his speed at helping me allowed me to get my inspection before they closed at 3:30. Thank you William!

The level of professionalism, and communication amongst the staff and to me was a 10 out of 10 experience. Couldn't have asked for a better group of mechanics to help me out with my oil change and air filter replacement.

I had a fantastic experience at the Jiffy Lube on Ohlen Rd in Austin. I arrived around 2pm on a Friday afternoon and had zero wait. I was immediately guided into a bay. I waited in the car while the team worked and I was very impressed with how this team operated and communicated with each other. I felt it made it more efficient and I was confident that everything was being done properly. They called out checks and status and had someone verify the oil level. EXTREMELY satisfied with my oil change experience here. Will definitely come back. Oh, and I was out in less than 15 minutes!! ??

I live in South Austin, but I will drive to this Jiffy Lube because Colton and Austin are the best! My check engine light was on, so I went to Auto Zone to get it diagnosed. After replacing the mass air flow sensor (DIY), it was still on. AZ said replace the filter. Did that, but the light stayed on after 100+ miles. AZ said maybe the filter wasn't installed correctly. I went to this Jiffy Lube location and Austin and Colton took the time to recheck the recently replaced items and reset the check engine sensor, which AZ said would flip automatically. Colton reset it for free - and earned a customer for life! When you find honest and trustworthy mechanics, you stick with them. I will get all the work done that I can at Jiffy Lube because of my experience with these two. Highly recommend!

Great service and quick

By far the best customer service at any Jiffy Lube locations that I’ve experienced. They were professional, quick and efficient and all looked like they really enjoyed what they do. Great job to this team.

I went in for an oil change today and they made my day! I had a necklace chain from my grandmother stuck in one of the window buttons and have been trying to get it unstuck for months. Without asking they did it for me and I was grinning ear to ear on the way home. It was quick, they let me know I needed to change the air filter and even showed it to me to prove it was a good idea also without me asking. Overall I’m really happy and will show face next time I need a change :)

This team of Austin and the guys handled business today. After my oil change and cabin/engine filter swap outs he mentioned that due to an issue caused by the previous Jiffy Lube I had gone to, he couldn't swap the oil filter due to it being too tightly screwed on. The risk to his team undoing it, was something that he didn't feel comfortable doing due to the risks of damage to the threading. 100% get that. "CYA" exists for a reason. They instantly gave a plan to remedy that. So, I went to the previous store to have them fix the issue and didn't get any resolve. So I reached out to get some guidance and the team at Ohlen Road just took care of it. They didn't complain, didn't say not my problem, or pawn it off on someone else. I was not waiting long before the issue got traction at the store I was at. With half of the issue being taken care of (was getting a headache), I headed back to the Ohlen location and Austin (again) handled business. I appreciated this kind of service from Austin and his team and hope their District Manager reads this and speaks with him.

Went to get an oil change and I'm used to shops trying to "up sale" you but Kaleb went above and beyond. Gave me a great deal on multiple services that were needed and now my car is running better than when I drove it off the lot. Will definitely just go here from now on.

I use to frequent a different Jiffy Lube but I think the Ohlen Road location is by far my favorite. The staff are efficient and do a great job. I especially like the learning that’s happening with the younger less experienced staff. My goto for a fast courteous oil change. A+ job!!

Took my new Dmax up here. I didn't even have to get out ! Awesome service. With my truck being so new the guys didn't have the right filter. The guy changing my oil went to the store and got me a filter, When he could have sent me away. I will be bringing my dodge and commute car back here as well !
