Our vehicle started to die right as we were tuning into the Jiffy Lube. James, Jordan, and Hayden were there to help immediately. We spent about 4 hours there trying to figure things out. They jumped our car about 3 times, they ran multiple tests to make sure it was the battery, and they were very patient and helpful with our questions. I really appreciate how helpful they were with us and I highly recommend this location!

I’ve always had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The team is professional, friendly, and consistently takes great care of my truck whenever I bring it in for an oil change. The service is quick, straightforward, and reliable. I really appreciate the consistently good customer service and will definitely continue coming back. Highly recommend!

I just discovered this new location on Hwy 71 West. I was in and out for an oil change in 1o minutes and the staff was very professional.

Came to this jiffy lube Sweetwater location 78738 I didn’t realize they close at 7. I came ther by 655 but still did not hesitate to take my car for oil change and they did it patiently. Nice of them

I came here to get my state inspection so I could renew my vehicle registration, and I had a great experience. The process was quick, affordable, and the staff was very kind and professional. I really appreciate places where you can get in and out without a long wait, and this location definitely delivered. I would absolutely recommend them if you need a fast and hassle-free state inspection.

This was the best jiffy lube I've ever been to. Was really quick, they were really honest, didn't try to pull a bunch of bull crap. I appreciated this place. Good people.

A+ Emissions Check today. Morgan was professional and friendly, and the crew did the emissions check quickly. We have been here twice a year for emissions checks and everything is always great - but today it was exceptional service, deserving of a 5 star review.

Great experience at this location. Very impressed by the young gentleman that assisted me even after returning shortly after for a small adjustment. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for about a year now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The customer service is excellent, the staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is always clean and organized. They do a great job of letting me know about any additional services my car may need, but they’re never are pushy if I decide to wait. I really appreciate their honesty and helpfulness. Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them! :)

I use this Jiffy Lube regularly for all my vehicles. They even do services on 1 ton pick up trucks, including tire rotations and balancing. I’m always treated with respect and kindness. The facility is always clean and I feel like it as well run. I would recommend this to my friends and family. The dealerships are nice however paying the premium is not always worth it. So I’m glad theres a Jiffy Lube close by for me. I use Siri to dictate this message. I apologize if there’s a grammar errors.

The techs were very communicative with me to make sure both parties knew what was occurring with my vehicle. The time was appropriate, as they had to enter me into their system as a new customer.
