Wonderful service, Adam was great!

This location definitely cares about the people and the cars that come through their shop! Got the best help and advice while navigator some car issues. I will definitely make the drive from east Austin to come see them again.

I stopped by for an oil change - Jordan and Carlos were wonderful. they actually went above and beyond. When I mentioned that my windshield wiper fluid was not coming out very well - they tried to fix it for free - they blew air through it and tried to reconnect it - and when it turned out I needed new connectors, they told me where to go to get them and how to replace them. I also mentioned I had an oil leak. they found it and gave me a print out of wheat it would cost to fix it. They were not pushy at all. Great job!

Jordan and Jonathan saved me 1000s of dollars. Take your car here if you want honest folks and work done.

I recently got my oil change in this jiffy lube location. I had an amazing experience everyone was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend people coming to this location and getting their oil change.

My initial state inspection at another Jiffy Lube had typed in my VIN number incorrectly, thus preventing me from renewing my registration. Attempting to get this corrected with that store over two visits was less than pleasant. But at this store, however, and was greeted kindly and with sympathy for my situation. I was ushered into the bay quickly for a new inspection by John Navarro. After completing the inspection again, he looked over my previous paperwork, acknowledged the error by the other store and sent me on my way with no additional charge. I applaud their care and professionalism and will return to them again.
