Blake gave me the best customer service I think I’ve ever had. Very professional place! Highly recommended coming here if you have any issues with your car. Gave me a great price ( way better than the other shops were quoting me ) and got me back on the road quickly.

Friendly customer service

I had a really positive experience at this Jiffy Lube location. The staff was professional, kind, respectful, and—most importantly—honest. They took the time to check my car and, instead of trying to upsell me or charge me for something unnecessary, they were transparent about their limitations and didn’t push any services I didn’t need. That kind of honesty is rare and really appreciated. Even though they couldn’t complete the service due to my BMW being more complex, they still made an effort to help. I left feeling confident in their integrity and would definitely recommend them based on their customer service alone.
