This is an excellent place to have your car serviced. The staff is very kind and professional. I especially want to thank Erik from the mechanic team—he took incredibly good care of me and made sure everything was handled properly. I definitely recommend this place. You can trust them with your car!

So I was going to get rechecked for the inspection of my vehicle it had failed the first time at another location and that location told me I could go to any jiffy lube to get it reinspected. Turns out this is not the case. However, the inspection person Troy at this location is just the epitome of how customer service should be done. I'm sure he could tell that I was frustrated but he remained absolutely calm, concise and he explained everything clearly to me. I did end up passing, however, as frustrated as I was, Troy did an excellent job of dealing with me as a crabby customer. I would highly recommend this location if you're going to get your inspection done. And if Troy's performance is any indication of the others, I would probably go here to get any auto service down that they do as well.

I needed to get an oil change but thought they’d be closed for Labor Day- I was already driving by and saw employees in the bays so stopped in to see if they’d be able to get me in. Y’ALL. I get nervous talking to car guys (I’m just a girl ??) but the younger man with dreads who helped me was so polite and kind. He didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing anything and even came to show me my gross engine filter and ask if I wanted it changed. The guy he was working with walked me to my car where they already had the ac on for me and my daughter and opened the door for me. I cannot say enough good things about this location and am so glad I stopped in.

I had a great experience with Ben and Erik. They took care of my work truck and got my brakes and oil change done quickly.

I took my 2016 Honda Odyssey. They charged about $126 for a full synthetic oil change. It was a super fast process, so huge time saved. I did not have to pre schedule as walk ins worked. They were nice and did not try to upsell me on anything besides the cabin air filter, which I believe needs to be replaced in Austin's pollen rich environment.

Holy cow. Today was a day. Terrible storm hit and my windshield wiper on the drivers side decided to leave this world behind. Pouring rain and now hail…thank God I made it to Jiffy Lube safely. The world was testing me but this team got me set up with a new windshield so I can actually see through the rain again. Great group of guys & truly appreciate how helpful and friendly they were. 10/10 recommend.

Quick and efficient despite the heat

I knew I was coming end at the end of the day. It was 20 minutes till close. Both gentlemen who were still on duty were great. Fast, with great quality. They were thorough and kind. Not upset that I was there right before closing.

We’ll gladly make the drive to this location every time because they genuinely care about their customers and make sure you’re well taken care of.

This Jiffy Lube went above and beyond for us. They stayed open late to replace our brakes and rotors and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The team worked incredibly hard and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Their customer service, professionalism, and dedication really stood out. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube and will definitely be coming back for future service!

Ben was great at this jiffy lube location! He was highly knowledgeable. He was also honest: my air filter didn’t need to be changed and this location wasn’t equipped to change the transmission fluid so they didn’t charge me for those services. Can say enough about Ben. He is above and beyond and I’d certainly work with him again.

????? Exceptional Service – Above and Beyond! I called Ben, the General Manager, after the exhaust on my Camaro came loose and asked if there was any way he could help. Without hesitation, he said, "Come on in." When I arrived, Ben and Eric, one of the technicians, greeted me like family. They immediately put my Camaro on the lift, diagnosed the problem, and had my exhaust fixed in about 10 minutes. When I asked what I owed, they wouldn't let me pay. In today's world, that kind of honesty, generosity, and customer service is incredibly rare. If every repair shop treated people the way Ben and Eric do, the automotive industry would be a much better place. They've earned my respect and my business for life. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that truly cares about its customers. Thank you, Ben and Eric—you guys are absolute legends!

They were competent, kind, and transparent at every step. Erick, their master mechanic, can handle heavier repairs than the average Jiffy Lube. Well worth coming out of your way to visit.

I went there this Wednesday to get my inspection sticker and I got serviced by Mr. Troy . This veteran hands down one of the most welcoming person I’ve known . The guys here were all on the same page working like a machine ! This is the second time I’ve got my inspection by Mr.Troy always pleasant to see him there taking pride in what he does . That older generation is quite special in my books . They speak with respect to you , acknowledge you and make you feel genuinely cared for. The process was smooth . Might take a little longer but Mr. Troy was working in this Texas heat with no complaining back to back cars . Just a pure smile that was truly felt when he was guiding our truck out and asking us to come back again . Jiffy lube this guy is amazing I just wanted to give him a shout out ?? that’s customer service at its core . In a society where customer service is no more . Having people like this on your team really is a blessing. Deep down us customers are always very appreciative of the way you treat us. That creates loyalty towards a brand . So many reasons that I’m glad I moved back to Texas one of the biggest… the kindness. The guys at this Jiffy Lube were so awesome. I don’t feel like the last 10 years that I lived in Arizona. I was able to get one proper oil change or be treated with respect and they went above and beyond thank you so much Ben and Thomas! And everyone working today!!

I came in for an oil change and had an awesome experience with Thomas! It took like 10 minutes (maybe less) to get everything done, and I showed him my air filter that I knew needed to be replaced after 100K miles (oops) and he gave me a nice discount because he understood the importance of clean air (which I obviously don’t). Thank you for saving my engine and my lungs, Thomas. 10/10

Very quick and easy service!

I hope this is the right location on fm 620. Stopped in due to a fallen engine shield under my car, dragging. The guys were so helpful and took me in right away. Removed the part for me at no charge. Took less than 10-15 minutes. So grateful for their help! Great service. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

Awesome service!

We are currently traveling cross-country in our Class B RV and had a fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube. We had originally scheduled an oil change with a dealership, but when we arrived for our appointment, they told us it would take four hours, so we decided to leave. We are so glad we found this Jiffy Lube instead! They got us in immediately, and the entire service was completed in under 25 minutes. They handled the oil change, changed our wipers, and topped off our radiator fluid with ease. The team was extremely professional and very friendly throughout the process. They even provided a veterans discount for my husband, which was truly appreciated. If you’re traveling and need efficient, high-quality care for your vehicle, I highly recommend this location. We couldn't be happier with the service!

After having a less than 5 star experience at a similiar place down the road, I visited this one being the next closest franchise. I was very pleased with the service. They did what the other place could not. Ever since I have driven further to come to this jiffy lube and have had a good experience each time. They're quick. I have yet to wait for service. I normally come before rush hour traffic. I recommend this particular store to everyone with a vehicle and short on time.
