I got my sentra in 2014 and have been taking it to this location since. She still runs quiet and the service has always been informative and pleasant to interact with. These guys work hard in the heat. Appreciate them like I do.

Fastest oil change in South Austin!

This is the fastest I’ve ever been able to get an oil change in my life. Used to waiting around for at least an hour in most places I’ve been to in Austin, but this Jiffy Lube had me in and out in 20 minutes. They may not be at the same price point as places on Groupon, but time my time is my money, so I was relieved not to wait 1-2 hours. Everyone working there was friendly and kind, they had coupons for discounts on the price they gave me without me having to ask. Plus the manager was able to help me out with a discount on an air filter that desperately needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend this place if you need quick, efficient, easy and thorough oil change & maintenance services.

I initially went for an oil change at the Valvoline down the road, but after they took my money, bamboozled me and only partially provided the services I paid for I went straight to Jiffy Lube where Evan, Isaiah and Chris were BEYOND helpful and kind. They didn't take advantage of me or the situation I was in and were Extremely honest and informative, explaining everything to me in a sincere and respective manner. I will NEVER be going back to Valvoline and This Jiffy Lube has a lifelong customer. If could give them more than 5 stars I would.
