Amazing walk in experience. John made my visit smooth and quick and I definitely will be coming back to this location :)

I've been getting my oil changed here for probably 25 years, and I love the manic old guy who I guess owns this location. This Jiffy Lube is "old Austin" in the best possible way. I'll be going back.

I needed an emissions inspection for my past due registration. They were quick, and friendly. I was in and out in less than 20 min.. and that was with 2 cars in front of me. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube.

As soon as I arrived the employee greeted me, and took care of my inspection in a matter of minutes.

Went in there for an oil change and an inspection. They had to quickly and efficiently in about 15 minutes and John, that was working behind the counter was very friendly and made it an even better experience!

Always nice, wait times are standard but it’s never been too long. Waiting area is clean, I bring my laptop and work if needed.

I’ve been going to this location of Jiffy Lube for years. One of those reasons is the man in charge here named Ron. He is a professional, kind and caring gentleman through and through. His team consists of John and Andrew who are stellar employees as well. All three of these gentlemen amazingly took care of my brand new vehicle. I highly recommend these guys for any oil change needs.

Quick and good service. They do state inspections (emissions test) there.

Efficient staff with great customer service. I was told my state inspection would take all day at Lamb's on Far West but Jiffy Lube got it taken care of immediately.

I am rating this location high because the workers were very nice and fast. I went to 2 different places before this one to get my car inspected, but they did not have any inspectors. I will go back here with my other car for the inspection when it's due.

I went through for the new emissions testing and the three gentleman working at the time were quick and courteous.
