This Jiffy Lube location absolutely saved my butt today - I could barely get my car to start this morning before work, and the whole process was fast and took maybe 20 minutes. Granted, I was lucky to be the only customer there at 10am on a Thursday, but it still felt shockingly quick and I was able to make it to work in time. Especially important to me - I was so SO incredibly stressed out about my car emergency while driving up to their garage, and the gentlemen that I first spoke to for intake was very kind, welcoming, and reassuring. Something that really stuck out to me - When all was said and done, I specifically thanked a different gentleman that drove my car out of their little garage for helping me out with the battery and he said 'it wasn't just me, it was a team effort' - Absolutely fantastic attitude, and I feel the same way about the work that I personally do at my own job so I really appreciated hearing that. Great dude, seriously. Clayton was the CSR that helped me with payment and he was also wonderful, and I belatedly wish I had asked for the names of the other two gentleman that I spoke to because they both were just so dang nice. A seriously painless experience during a very stressful time and thanks again Jiffy Lube!!

In and out very quickly, great service, staff very honest and up front.

Service was great, but apparently the new owner decided this location will not be accepting any coupons. He feels that we need the service and we dont need to save money. Crazy. $150/$160 is a crazy amount considering less than a year ago it was $115.

Everyone was exceptional! Clayton, Juan, Jose and Stan were amazing and treated me with kindness and respect. They kept checking in on me since I chose to stay in my car and I did not feel pressured at all when they told me my car needing something done. Thanks to them I feel so safe driving my car! I always dread having to get anything done on my car but Clayton, Juan, Stanley, and Micheal made it so easy this morning! I came in for an oil change and didn’t have to wait at all, they explained everything step by step. I got to wait in my car and watch them work on my car so I felt like I got to be included in the process and it’s more entertaining than a waiting room. Super friendly and efficient, I’ll be coming back for my next oil change for sure! Thanks guys!!

I had such a great experience at THIS Jiffy Lube! Clayton and the other amazing team members were just so kind and so diligent! I came in around 9:00 a.m. and was amazed by how quickly everything was done I was in and out in no time. From the moment I arrived, the team greeted me with smiles and genuine kindness. They were super transparent about price as well! Everyone was so polite, and they even held the door open for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. They made something I usually dread feel incredibly easy and stress free. The entire team was absolutely wonderful. Fast, professional and friendly. 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change! Thank y’all!
