I have been coming to this jiffylube for years as I live right around corner. I want to make sure that Jiffylube knows that they have hired a great female manager. She is very sweet and cares about her customers. I have zero complaints about my service.

I can’t say how grateful I was to be able to get it done today, especially since I had been sent to this location by another jiffy live who did not have an inspector on staff at the time. Jordan was so nice/friendly that I still remember his name. For several years now I’ve come here for my emissions checks. They make it pleasant and easy. You don’t even have to get out of the car. Everyone has always been great, especially Jordan!

I’ve been a longtime Jiffy Lube customer, specifically at the Brodie Lane location, and I want to take a moment to recognize the employees who continue to show up and do their jobs well — especially Walter. I recently visited a different Jiffy Lube location and was told that Jiffy Lube had new ownership and that prices had increased. Honestly, I was skeptical. I wasn’t sure if the information was accurate, so I went back to the Brodie Lane location — the location I’ve trusted for years — and spoke with Walter. Sure enough, I learned the price changes were real. Walter understood my concerns, explained the situation, and made me feel comfortable that the changes were simply the result of new ownership. He and his coworker were nothing but kind, courteous, and helpful. They got me in and out without any issues. And it really made me think… These employees are working outside in the Texas heat, dealing with frustrated and confused customers, and now they also have to deal with customers reacting to higher prices — none of which is their fault. Texas heat is no joke. Higher prices are no joke. And frustrated customers are definitely no joke. ?? But Walter and his team continued to treat me with respect and professionalism. So here’s my opinion as a longtime Jiffy Lube customer: Give Walter a raise — and give the other long-term employees who work alongside him one too! If ownership is making changes and increasing prices, then do right by the employees who are on the front lines dealing with the customers every day. They work hard, they represent the company, and they deserve to feel appreciated. Walter, and the coworker who helped me — you know who you are — thank you for your patience, kindness, and professionalism. I stand by this review and my appreciation for the Brodie Lane team. New ownership may be changing the prices, but hopefully they don’t forget the people who keep customers coming back. Do right by your employees. No excuses. Just got my inspection done. In and out within 10 minutes and staff was very friendly!

EDIT: Noting other reviews, it's true that the price for an oil change has jumped significantly in the past 6 mos. I get full synthetic which used to be around $100 with a coupon. If the business could explain the price hike (thanks to current economy?), it could improve customer trust & loyalty. I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for 10 years and it's the best! I got my oil change and inspection done in less than an hour. In the past, this location has struggled to hire/retain inspectors, but I've never had a complaint about their services. Employees have always been friendly and competent. They have never pushed the upsell either (like others do), even with our old, junky car.
