Brought my Mother In-Laws car to have the oil serviced. Erica showed me two terribly dirty air filters and a giant bolt inside a tire. She informed me of all needed changes for the car along with printed information when I decided to come back for the services. She was very friendly and answered every question we had so my MIL was safe driving back to Louisiana. When my online coupon wasn't registering, she was amazing to match the price herself so I was able to save a little more. Great customer service!

My car had a coolant problem today where the engine sputtered and the accelerator gave out. Leslie, the manager, worked very hard to help me even after the shop was supposed to close. Definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

I absolutely recommend this location!!! I went in for a typical oil change and I was informed about another issue with my vehicle. I only ended up having to pay for the oil service and the other issue was on the house. It really saved my a lot of money and stress and it was very much appreciated!

Absolutely awesome service. The entire staff was ready to assist. Went for an oil change and a check for a freon leak. They located the leak when other places told me there wasn't one. They made my headlights look amazing and kept me updated on my vehicle. They worked hard on my vehicle and I appreciate it so much.

This location has some of the friendliest, fun and accommodating staff I've encountered! I've been coming here for about 10 years and each new staff members makes the experience even more fun. From the way they sing to communicate and the discounts they give, I'll never go to another Jiffy Lube!

Went to get an emissions inspection. In and out in probably twenty minutes. Didn't get upsold on anything. Steller experience.

From the time I pulled up to ring the service bells with my car, I experienced an entire staff of friendly faces. I selected my services and was walked in to the customer lounge with the door being held open for me to enter and exit upon service completion.While inside, the manager, Sidney consulted with me on suggested services, explained patently how it all impacted my car's optimal, and helped me to prioritize a future service plan. The team across all bays were just all smiles and truly worked like a fun and professional team. I have already recommended this location for family and friends. I have had my vehicle serviced at this Jiffy Lube location for many years now. From the time you are greeted to the time, they complete the job you receive excellent and professional Service. My visit was concerning my brakes on my vehicle. The employees went the extra mile to verify everything was functioning properly and safely. My rating is excellent and I will continue to use Jiffy Lube.
