AJ , Adrian, Ryan , Eric were the most professional and polite service men I have ever come across. Teamwork was exceptional.This is what's needed most in these types of services. Today was my second time going to Jiffy Lube at Mansfield, and Nicholas and the rest of the team were able to get me in and out. Very nice polite people and will help you with any questions you have about your vehicle. They have taken really good care of my jeep and I have not had any problems since going with them. Also always check your email for coupons! Both times I’ve been there I’ve had my oil change discounted:)

I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and they always take great care of me. The whole crew is down to earth, professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right. They don’t rush you, they explain things clearly, and they take pride in their work. It’s hard to find honest, solid auto service these days — these guys deliver every time. 5 stars.

I had my Titan xd service done. The technicians energy was high and they was very knowledgeable. The communication among themselves was great to get the task done in a timely manner. The service was so great that I brought my wife vehicle in on the same day.

We have visited Jiffy Lube many times, and we have always had an exceptionally good experience. Today the employees were very friendly, helpful, and prompt in service. I got new premium windshield wipers with a discount, a safety inspection, and had them add a little air pressure to all four tires. They are always very friendly and do a very good job

McKinley did a great job! He got me set up with an oil change and wipers! I really needed those wipers too, bc I almost ran off the curb when it was raining recently! I totally forgot I needed to get that one and thanks to his suggestion, that won't be a reminder at the worst time (when is raining and I can't see)! So thanks again to, McKinley! I will be back!

Very fast, conscientious service.

Beware “surprise” charges. I called for pricing for a conventional oil change before taking my car there. Was quoted $49.99, same as previous shop that I’d used. I took my car in, and after oil change, found out at time to pay that they add a “shop fee” of $6.99 which wasn’t quoted or disclosed when I called. I didn’t initially notice this, until later that afternoon, and assumed at checkout that the difference was taxes. Jiffy Lube Corporate sent a Customer Satisfaction survey and was very responsive when I explained what happened. They contacted the Area District Manger who was also very concerned and responsive. He took care of the situation immediately and had the surprise charge credited immediately plus a little extra. The actual in shop oil change experience was good. Comfortable waiting room, and fairly quick service.
