Excellent customer service, work done in a fashionable time. Somewhat expensive but they do a physical car inspection.

I haven't been to a JiffyLube in over a decade. My last experience wasn't great -- but I decided to give them a try the other day simply because I needed a change and didn't have time to do it myself and wanted to stay in my vehicle while it was being done (I had my two boys with me). The team at this location was outstanding -- they worked together (no confusion or conflict) and T Dill had a great attitude and was VERY professional. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on something I didn't want or need. Sure, it's a luxury to go to a place like this over changing the oil yourself, but I might just continue to go to this location because of the spectacular service and the team members' attitudes. The entire team, from the quality inspector to the guy who led me out of the bay were all great. It's nice to see people working who actually appear to enjoy their jobs and who want to provide great customer service.
