Jiffy-Lube has Employees - Technicians - who care. They all come together as a team to ensure your vehicle will be inspected or repaired with the highest level of mechanical knowledge. After purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, we brought it by to be looked over. The staff thoroughly took their time & used every opportunity to educate me about my new truck. Their #1 priority was getting me back on the road SAFELY at a reasonable price, and they succeeded. We’ll be returning with our “new to us” vehicle when we need any updated service. Wonderful service was done today. Marquis the manager, hopefully I spelled it right was amazing and I will certainly be back. We have 4 vehicles that this location can certainly handle now that I found a place to treat us well.

Very fast. Friendly people. They did try selling me cabin and air filter which had just been replace last oil change (not here), I refused, there was no pressure to change my mind. Not an inexpensive oil change, but they did a full inspection. Great experience.

Awesome job, got a fully synthetic oil change and a tire rotation for $170! Took about 35 min but very comfortable wait. I’ll be going back

Very quick and professional

????? I came into Jiffy Lube in full panic mode. I had to get my oil changed, but I also had to get back home to pick up Courtney for a balloon party. I explained to the guy that if I was late, I wasn’t just going to hear about it… I was going to live it. ?? They already had another car in the bay, but they somehow worked their magic and got me in and out faster than I expected. They changed the oil, replaced the air filter, aired up the low tire, and even got rid of that annoying tire pressure light. Best part? I made it home on time, Courtney was happy, and my evening stayed peaceful. That’s the kind of customer service that deserves five stars. Thanks, Jiffy Lube! You saved my car, my relationship, and my ears. ??

The price for my oil change was great. The only issue I have is that I got charged $9.99 for shop supplies with no explanation of what it was for. I would have liked an explanation.
