Was ignored for about 20 minutes, but once the workers stopped gossiping, it was good. Quick service for the usual high price.

This Jiffy Lube is awesome! Ernest and the other folks working there will get you taken care of in no time and treat you right. They got my oil changed very quickly, even with a line of cars already there. I was grateful for their maintenance recommendations, too, as they spotted an issue I was unaware of.

On a road trip from Michigan to California and back and we found this Jiffy Lube and we’re glad we did. The staff were thorough and helpful—they did the oil change and gave us the information on air filters, brake fluid and power steering fluid so we could be aware of what was going on under the hood. Thanks to Joel for his help and friendliness!

We are traveling from California to Florida and we stopped in Amarillo for the day and my husband wanted to get the oil changed and luckily found this place. My husband couldn’t quit about how nice they were!!! They ask if we were changing the oil every 3,000 miles and he said yes and they informed him that since it’s synthetic it can go 7,500 miles. At that point it was already started and that was ok because now we know! They also cleaned every single window on our car, by hand. My husband said they went above and beyond!

They checked my tire pressure, oil and coolant within 10 minutes and didn't charge me. I was worried I'd have to pay to have something fixed. Very happy, gave the guys a tip.
