Great service the man that was in the office was really helpful looked for best deals they had to offer and quick service def my go to for all my vehicles

Location manager Nate and staff provided Great customer service! They made me feel comfortable with the suggested recommendations and showed me the replacement parts. Highly recommend!

Mr. Walter's, the assistant manager was wonderfully kind and helpful. He couldn't be more helpful if he was my son. Made me feel comfortable, not stupid and incapable. And that's important for a 72 year old woman.

Nate and the other employees were very professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. Answered all my questions and referred and recommended future preventative maintenance. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube on White Bridge in Nashville.

What I appreciated most was that they did not pressure me into purchasing unnecessary services, which feels rare at car places these days. These guys were professional, friendly, and worked quickly & efficiently. I had an oil change & they checked everything out & rotated my tires. I think I waited maybe 30 minutes & will be coming back to them when I need to have my next oil change.

Brought in my car for an oil change and tire rotation and the service couldn’t have taken longer than 15 minutes.
