Excellent service and great friendly staff!

Great experience at Jiffy Lube. Team Lead Demarquis A. took excellent care of me—professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled quickly. He explained what was needed without trying to oversell anything, which I really appreciated. Great customer service from Demarquis and the entire team, and I’ll definitely be back.

I was able to pull right in and get great service from the attending tech. It has been consistent year to year since I’ve been in Memphis back in 2017.

Demetrius, Taraj, Alton and Mrs.Angela, did a very a AND did not reject changing my oil because of my bumper which Vavoline did.
