Popped in this morning to have a shake in my car checked out, and Jefferson and Shon were so helpful in figuring out what I needed to get done. I don’t live in the Memphis area but if I did, I would certainly be going back.

Amazing customer service! Got my oil changed. Staff ensured all my tires were properly inflated. Pulled off and made it out of the parking lot onto Shelby Dr. Looked in my rear view mirror and Jiffy Lube tech was chasing me down to make a mechanical correction and adjustment on my car. Have to appreciate servicemen who go the extra mile to make things right!

I had an excellent experience-went for an oil change, got new windshield wipers that were much needed. The gentleman who did the work was not pushy but let me know what was needed and I appreciate that. Everyone was friendly and professional. I have had many services at this location and I am always satisfied.

I got my 2019 Dodge Charger oil change and they did an awesome job. This was my first time taking my car to a jiffy lube to get services done.
