Pulled in here because my car said low oil on Labor Day weekend. Took care of me quickly and also while having a great attitude. One guy was rapping while changing my oil and I loved it. Keep that energy up gentleman! ??

The staff at the Gallatin location were efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They made something as boring as an oil change actually enjoyable, and I will definitely be going back to them in the future. Shoutout to Quentis and his team!

I had my car serviced by the "DREAM TEAM." They were very professional and knowledgeable. What I also liked was the check list of things I needed to have done in the near future. They are not pushy. They were just trying to keep me safe. I will definitely be back for more of their professional service. I had an oil change and new windshield wiper blades. My car was purring like a kitten when I left! I highly recommend their services.

Quick and easy. Dude who did my oil change was cool but the guy who handled the money part seemed like someone pissed in his Cheerios this morning lmaoo. Basically said “ here damn.” ??

never thought a saturday morning at the jiffy lube would be the ideal place to start my weekend, but the folks who work here and their wonderful service made my day and made maintenance on the car not feel like the worst chore anymore. Quin, you are a legend and people like you make the world a brighter place. Russell - you hooked it up!! Floyd, you were efficient and I trust you. thanks yall!! so thankful i chose jiffy lube yet again. this is the place to go!! if i could more than 5 stars i would.

They let me know a lot of information about my car. 120 full synthetic oil change. Checked all fluids. Quinn Floyd and Derrick are great.

the service team here are amazing and attentive. David, Floyd, and Quentis were amazing and had us in and out. There was a bit of a wait time and Quentis continuously came to check on everyone in line and kept us updated on wait times. I will definitely be returning.

They actually handeled my car well and the new staff is phenomenal. The new manager reassured me that he was turning it around and was so much better than my last time. I checked everything before I left. It was right and good and took a road trip the next day.

Shea was awesome! She was incredibly friendly and provided amazing customer service and we had a good chat. She explained everything clearly when it came to my service. If I had full time openings at my work I would have offered her a position with us for sure.
