Will never get an oil change anywhere else. Never had one in my life but they made it a great experience and took care of my car??. Big thank you to David who had to deal with my 0 knowledge about my car, also to the boy who helped him the entire time as well I completely forgot his name so sorry, and all the others who taught me about what spark plugs were. Always respectful at this particular location and they got me in and out rather quickly. Thank you! I will say I brought my own oil and filter. Other places I go to it is usually far les if you bring your own oil and filter. Today after buying and bringing my own oil and filter. I was charged an additional $59.99 for the oil change and $9.99 for shop supplies. Now it would actually be cheaper for me to go to the dealership which is crazy to think. Other than that great job to those who worked there!

I was in your location in Nashville on Gallatin Rd. a little before 8 am.on March 28. There were two cars ahead of me. The manager came out and promptly directed us to a bay. I discovered that the manager was on her own with three cars to service. She was a wonder! She made sure everyone was taken care of, on her own, with no help. She was a Super Star! She was friendly and professional. She even sold me wiper blades in the middle of all of the rest. I don’t know her name, but she is an asset to Jiffy-Lube! Ted

In and out in 20 minutes! They didn’t pressure me to add on extra services that were not a priority. Teacher discount didn’t hurt either!

They were very careful and thorough with their job getting our oil replaced on our Buick Encore. They worked quickly and gave me a big discount on replacing our air filter as well, which apparently really needed it, and it basically ended up just being a couple extra dollars to get that done. They also gave me a free estimate on another more expensive repair I couldn’t take care of on this visit, but at least it was good to have the heads up. Nice job everyone.
