Great customer service. $40 for an oil change service. I have a specific oil and filter i use and that was no problem for me to buy it before i got the oil change.

jiffy lube has a team that's got it together, they reminded me of a upbeat football team, each guy has his own thing going on, real good guys got the job done I'm very happy with what they did, good experienced I will be going back every 5,000 miles.

I appreciated that they got me in just before closing. They helped me find a coupon they could take because the one I brought they could not accept. I told them I would just stay in the car but I guess I could have exited the vehicle and they would have vacuumed the floors. I didn't know that was an option until looking at my receipt. But that was fine. I like doing it myself anyway.

Super fast and great workers. Basic oill change was only about $60. Definitely recommend this place. Not sketchy like everywhere else.

It was my first time there I usually do my own oil, but I was concerned about the oil that you have is Pennzoil and I usually use mobile ones synthetic high miles It’s fine. I just didn’t have to do it myself on a hot day, but it was fast.

Went in for an oil change on both vehicles. The rep, nick checked both cars and told me only one needed oil change at this time saving me money. He topped the other vehicle off as a courtesy. 5 stars across the board!!

Yesterday, these guys probably saved me AT MINIMUM $10k to $15k fix. I usually do my own work, so I already had my oil and filter. I was in a time crunch and stopped in here. Their attention to detail seen 2 of the 3 gallons that came from a nearby Walmart had been refilled with used oil and contaminated with God knows what else. Someone had returned used oil,to Walmart! My truck is my livelihood. Had it went down, things would've gotten really ugly for me really fast. It's much appreciated guys.

Stop at the Broadway location. It was near closing time. The customer service representative was very courteous. The oil changed was quick with explanation of the oil being used. Performance went the extra mile by checking all lights fluids and air filter

Friendly, fast, and affordable. With a coupon, I spent just over $30 for an oil and filter change, didn't wait long in line or during service, and the employees were super cool, even when I fumbled around on my phone finding the coupon. Definitely coming here from now on and saving myself so much hassle, because this place is awesome.

These guys were completely awesome!!! We drove in from Maryland on the way to Georgia and did a much needed oil change. We had the oil and oil filter just hadn't had time to do it ourselves. They gave us a discount used our oil and filter, cleaned the windows, were super fast, and topped off the air. All of the guys were super friendly and asked if they needed to pull the truck in for us. 5 stars isn't enough!!!

I just needed an oil change and, as it turned out, an oil filter replacement, and it was almost closing time, but the person who waited on me took his time and was very conscientious and courteous. I really appreciated it; one less thing to worry about!

The personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. They directed me toward the Lounge with complimentary beverages, a T.V. and free WI-FI. They explained all maintenance performed and the costs.

Great experience today! I was able to get right in with less than 5 minute wait (got there about 9:30am). Matt, the service technician I worked with, was very professional and accommodating for my service dog. I went in for an oil change & tire rotation, on my Hyundai Santa Cruz (22,000miles). About 5-10 minutes into my service, Matt went over some concerns my air filters. He actually showed them to me so that I could see how dirty they were with hair, leaves and bugs! It was a “no-brainer” they needed to be replaced! The entire service took maybe 20 minutes, very quick! I was surprised by my bill, it was less than the estimate! I came in with a few coupons, Matt looked them over and was actually able to offer me more savings with additional coupons. Again, pleasantly surprised at how thorough the service was!! Thank you Matt & Jiffy Lube!!!
