Matt was the person who I talked to at jiffy he was very professional and kind The service was amazing in and out in about 20 minutes All of the guys that work there were the nicest and professional and they took care of my oil change with the utmost respect and dignity that is hard to find in this day and time will definitely be back for my next service

Great experience today! I was able to get right in with less than 5 minute wait (got there about 9:30am). Matt, the service technician I worked with, was very professional and accommodating for my service dog. I went in for an oil change & tire rotation, on my Hyundai Santa Cruz (22,000miles). About 5-10 minutes into my service, Matt went over some concerns my air filters. He actually showed them to me so that I could see how dirty they were with hair, leaves and bugs! It was a “no-brainer” they needed to be replaced! The entire service took maybe 20 minutes, very quick! I was surprised by my bill, it was less than the estimate! I came in with a few coupons, Matt looked them over and was actually able to offer me more savings with additional coupons. Again, pleasantly surprised at how thorough the service was!! Thank you Matt & Jiffy Lube!!!

Went to have my oil changed. Staff was wonderful. Very polite and helpful. All services and pricing were very clear and not deceptive or confusing. They do offer other services but don't try to be pushy. They worked quickly and did a fantastic job. Very happy and will be back when the time comes.

I've been going to Jiffy Lube in Fountain City for years, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Quick oil change and no pressure with the add ons they recommended.

It was a fast and easy way to get my oil changed. They did all the top off on all fluids and everything else that was needed. In and out of the place in under ten minutes.

I will always use Jiffy Lube for my oil changes . They not only change my oil, but clean my windows vacuum, check my fluid levels and inform me if I need my wipers or filters changed. They had me in and out very promptly so I am extremely pleased with their services.

I went with Mom to get her oil changed bc well we all know why... but I can sit here and say Never got to worry about anything at this shop. the staff here is the best I've ever seen at any jiffy lubes I've been to. Jeremy was great checking us Matt was amazing answered our questions and didn't make us feel stupid Chase made the check out process as easy as it gets and never made Mom feel pressured at all... Good group of men working here... Thank u jiffy lube for one less thing we have to worry about in today's world...

It's a good place to get a quick oil change. A basic oil and filter change costs around $75. They don't allow you to sit in your car like some places do. You go to this little waiting room area where they have TV for you to watch, free Wifi, free water and coffee while waiting for your car to be serviced. The staff seems nice, helpful, and professional.
