I was able to pull in and advise staff what I needed and got the entire process done in a few minutes. They did not try to sell me unnecessary items.

Best place ever!!

The service is always great when I go for my oil change. The guys are friendly and informative. They always let me know if there is anything going on with my vehicle or if I need additional services. They never over sale and I trust them with my vehicle.

Pulled in to check my tire because it was low. A nail was in it. They patched it and I drove away in about 15 to 20 minutes.

My experience while getting my oil changed was really good. They were respectful, nice, professional, and to me thats what really matters. That was my 1st visit to the cedar bluff location and I will go to that location from now on. There was no hidden fees or unwanted surprises like I've experienced at other places. It feels great, as a woman, to know I can go there and be treated exactly the way I expect. I appreciate their service very much.

Went for an oil change and hoped they would top off our tire pressure as the cold dropped the PSI. Great customer service and display of quality teamwork. They went out of there way to find a coupon online to save money…it was a huge discount! We’re new to the area and now have a few new people we look forward to seeing in five thousand miles! I’ve been coming here for oil changes since 2009 and always had a good experience. I’ve had brakes and tires changed here as well and zero complaints. Everyone is always friendly, the work is done well, my vehicle is always clean and the prices seem fair. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for any services they provide.

This was my first time going to jiffy lube for a little while. They impressed my by getting me a cabin air filter pretty fast and the service was great and very professional. Everyone was working and no standing around. I would definitely recommend the jiffy lube for your next experience.

Thomas, Eric, and John helped my mom out when she thought she needed an oil change. Previous people forgot to change her oil life percentage, so she thought she was due. They checked it to humor her, clear and full, then went ahead and balanced her tires. They said her battery sounded weak, tested it, then gave us some info to charge it. In all, nice guys, thankful for the help.

This location is a good one it is small and entrance is from the front of the building. They have always been efficient and quick. I have seen them with customers that needed more jobs and they seem reasonable and not pushy letting them know they can prioritize the work on basis of what is most important. As a side note look for a coupon code. There is usually one online, and it will save a good bit for the full synthetic change.

Recently relocated to Knoxville and noticed my car had an oil leak. I had the oil changed about a month before moving so I dropped in to Jiffy Lube on N Cedar Bluff and they took the car right in. They were very welcoming and extremely helpful. They got me in and out in less than an hour. Randy was especially helpful. He made sure to walk me through what they were doing and explained everything to me without making me feel dumb (bc I know nothing about changing oil). I will definitely be back to this site for further maintenance.
