This location exemplifies everything I love about Jiffy Lube. Speed and no B.S. The staff here also goes a step above and shows genuine care for the customers. I will be coming back for every oil change.

I would highly recommend the Goodlettsville location! Robert and Shawn did a great job with my vehicle! I had 3 services done to my vehicle , transmission fluid change, oil change, and tire rotation. It took them less than 45mins. The work they performed was very superior and top quality. The staff is very professional, friendly and honest. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere and environment is very welcoming . The establishment has a very good , positive vibe. I will definitely be back!

There was no line and all bays were opened. Other oil change places that are closer to Nashville were very busy, but this place was quick..

I’ve been using this location for almost 5 years. They’re always so nice and fast. I usually end up cracking jokes with some of the staff. Also, if you tell them you can only afford the oil change they won’t push hard for the extras. They’ll tell you about what you probably need (filter change etc.) but won’t pressure you to do it. Love this spot.

Super fantastic service !! Easy to talk to about concerns, never knew I had a cabin filter that was actually really dirty. All employees were great will continue to use this location!!!!

You have to watch your back when you come to these service stations. They'll get you wrapped up in a $100+ oil change before you can blink your eyes. They want to add every filter your car takes and replace wiper blades for 60 bucks that'll cost you 30 at Auto Zone. If you go in at a good time and specifically get just an oil change then depending on your time to money ratio could save both. The kids working at this store got me in and out in about 20 minutes and we had to wait for a company approval before they could start. Wasn't packed at all and they didn't try to force me into a bunch of up sales. One of the better experiences I've had in going to get a oil change. Around $125 for a Synthetic small pickup truck.
