The decision to hire and retain Carl is the best decision the ownership of this location has ever made. His communication, customer service, attention to detail, and all around demeanor made this the best automotive experience I have ever encountered. Very impressed. I would drive an extra 30 minutes just to work with him. The team is lucky for his leadership and the ownership is lucky they have an impressive employee. I would be proud to have him in my team. Wonderful.

Absolutely amazing. Had to make an emergency stop to replace an engine thermostat and everyone involved was very caring, well mannered, and was willing to explain the processes to me to let me learn as a driver. Would definitely recommend their services.

The manager, Carl, was great. Very informative and did not push anything on us. He took his time to explain things. His team got us in and out in 20 min.

Polite service, very thorough. Truck drives fine, nothing went wrong. No strong upsells, no clubs to join and no hassles. It's not Black Tie; it's just good, old-fashioned, unpretentious service. I'll be back. Hint: You can always find coupons on the website.

Thanks! -Jeff I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years, and today’s visit was noticeably different—in a good way. It was obvious the team has gone through some type of training or service transformation. Every employee consistently communicated before interacting with me (“Would you mind if I open your door?” or “Would you start your car, please?”), each step of the process was announced, and the team used clear call-and-response communication that gave me confidence they were following a consistent process. At times, the interactions felt scripted, and I still left with the familiar feeling of being encouraged to purchase additional services. But I’d much rather see a team learning a new standard of customer care than a team with no standard at all. Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the significant behavioral change compared to my previous visits. Keep refining the authenticity, and this could become an exceptional customer experience.
