Everyone was so polite, helpful and professional. The station, and particularly the bathroom were immaculate. I asked that they really look the vehicle over, and they exceeded my expectations. My cell phone died and one of the technicians brought me a charging cord right away. An excellent experience all round! A+

The crew at Jiffy Lube is always very courteous and professional. They go over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb every time and recommend services needed, but are not pushy in their sales pitch. Wonderful people.!

I was in a hurry, so I couldn't make it to my normal maintenance shop. I wheeled in without an appointment, hoping I could get an oil change before leaving town. Two courteous young men (Rivers and another associate) got my oil changed right away. It was a real relief and good experience.

I was given the information I needed to make the right decision for my Jeep to be serviced. I feel very comfortable and confident that returning for any other service needs I have on the Jeep will also be a satisfactory experience.

I typically do my own maintenance but since I have a warranty on my vehicle I have to get things done by certified technicians. Had been going to Valvoline since I got my truck but they just cared about getting you in and out without fully looking over the vehicle. Decided to try out Jiffy Lube since I hated my experiences at Valvoline. Top notch service at Jiffy Lube! They brought things to my attention Valvoline never would do and they didn’t try and sell me on anything I didn’t need. Pricing is higher than Valvoline but I’ll pay that for better service! I will 100% be back.
