I’ve gone to Jiffy Lube multiple times over the last few years, and every time I am met with reliable, knowledgeable, and professional employees.

Rivers and Charles are the best! I was the biggest dumbass in the world and I didn’t follow directions which led to me driving my car into the pit. They immediately jumped to action and solved the problem while at the same time keeping the situation light and even removed the car gently so as not to spill my coffee. They somehow lifted my car out without a bit of damage. Not once did they give me dirty looks or poke fun even though I deserved it! I was not charged for inconveniencing them and then they did my oil change in what felt like 30 seconds. Fantastic crew!!

I took my car here for my oil change and the guy who helped me was so nice!! I think his name was Jesse but I could be wrong. He was super patient and informed me about everything I was worried about. I will definitely be back

Jiffy lube has again treated us well and with respect. They were very thorough with their inspections and gave us a heads up on possible upcoming possibilities. What I’m very impressed with is there was no pressure to sell us any upgrades. I will continue to use jiffy lube in the future.

First and foremost, I went in for a tire issue so this review is based solely off my experience around the issue I had. TL:DR at the bottom. So I road tripped to Chattanooga for work. On the way there I found that one of my tires wouldn't hold air for even 2 miles so I had to use my spare for 2/3 of my trip. When I had time I walked into this shop just to ask if they handled tire repairs. The woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. After I got the information I needed I decided to leave my tire overnight. When I went to pick up my tire the same woman greeted me and even remembered why I was there. She was again very helpful. The technician brought my tire over to me and was very nice. He explained what all he did and I was pleased with the results. I took the tires back to my car and went to pick it up but accidentally brushed the valve stem. When I did that I heard a little burst of air. So I put it down and lightly pushed on it again and found air was coming out from around the valve stem itself. Since I had just been told what the technicians did to my tire I didn't suspect that this issue was caused by the technicians. I brought it back over since I was still in the parking lot and one of the technicians I talked to saw me walking back with the tires and came to see if everything was alright with the tire. I told and showed him my new discovery and he called over the other technician that helped me to verify that they didn't do anything with the valve stem other than use it to inflate my tire which he said they didn't. After they inspected it further they concluded that the valve stem needed to be replaced which they immediately went to work doing. I only had to wait about 5 minutes or so and they had my tire back to me fully functional. TL:DR the staff was very nice and even more helpful. I would 100% go back here if I'm ever in the area and I highly recommend it to others.

The whole staff was kind, helpful, and especially courteous. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality. I’ll be here every 10k miles!
