Amazing service! Attention to detail by the assistant General Manager was something I have never experienced from Jiffy Lube. He was awesome. I would go back just because of him !

Highly recommended! Very seldom do people come across others who are just exceptionally kind hearted people who go the extra mile to help others in need. I got an oil change at a Mobile Express three days ago. I drove it home and didn’t drive it again until yesterday to a short distance away. During the drive I smelled a fuel like smell but assumed it was coming from the exhaust on a truck in front of me. Today I drove a significant distance (an hour and a half away) to Brentwood TN. I was at a red light and smoke started pouring out from underneath the hood of my car. Thankfully this particular Jiffy Lube was a block away. I pulled in and 4 technicians came right over to help me because they could see the smoke coming out. They opened the hood and discovered that my oil cap was placed upside down on the oil tank and obviously not screwed into place. They also discovered that the oil filter was leaking oil too and not properly sealed when it was replaced. There was oil sprayed everywhere underneath my hood. They not only cleaned up all of the leaking oil, they replaced the oil filter and replaced all the oil that had leaked out. They even refused to allow me to pay for the new oil filter, oil and all of their help cleaning up the massive oil spill all over the place underneath the hood. I am so grateful to Louis, Manny, Peter, and Scott who is the Assistant Manager. What a truly remarkable group of guys who dropped everything to help me. It says a lot about how much they care about their customers the services they provide, and their reputation for quality service. I can’t thank you enough! I am so grateful for your compassion and support today. Without your help I could have ended up with a blown engine.

All the guys are always very knowledgeable and educated on what they are doing. They also help educate me learning a few things about my vehicle I do and don’ts to help maintain a longer lifespan. This is the place where my whole family takes their vehicles. They are quick and very nice.

Fast, friendly service. The team was helpful and knowledgeable.

Rotated tires and used a torque wrench on the lug nuts like you’re supposed to. I caught them when both bays were open so I was in and out pretty quickly. I’ll go back to this shop.

Great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. The staff was friendly and professional, providing great service and also very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. They were very well trained not only in car care but also in customer service - which makes all the difference.

Pulled into Jiffy Lube with a flat tire because they were the closest auto service location hoping they would let me air up enough to get home safely. They were incredibly helpful in assessing that air alone was not going to get me all the way home, helped me put on my spare, and educated me on the options available for the tire in question - with a screw in the sidewall. While I didn't make a purchase from them, the team did not hesitate to give me multiple options to get me safely on my way or leave my car overnight until I had time to call a tow truck. I will definitely do business with them in the future when it's time for an oil change or other service they provide.

I just left the Jiffy Lube on Carruthers Parkway in Brentwood and had the most amazing experience with Scott. I don't typically take my car to Jiffy Lube because I allow the dealership to service it, but I was one quart low and Didn't have my scheduled maintenance for another week. Scott was extremely kind, personable, knowledgeable, and was able to top off my level and provided great knowledge as well. Customer service...at its FINEST! Thanks so much! Quick and nice staff and also helpful staff as the ski plate for my car was not in good condition he is showed me and gave me a helpful opinion to fix that.

I work in the area, so I dropped my vehicle off with Zach for oil change and rotation and told him he could take his time, there was no rush. They still got it done quickly. Great service and communication! See you in about 5000 miles!

They got me in and out quickly however it’s quite expensive even with coupons. The synthetic oil change ended up costing more than it would have at the dealer. It shouldn’t be that way.

Great experience with the team here. I was in and out within a reasonable time. They offered but didn't push on services, and made it a pleasant experience.

More and more, I’ve found “service aint what it used to be”… happy to say that in December when I brought my Audi in for an oil change, this team did a great job. While performing the service, they simultaneously checked and adjusted by tire pressure and filled all of my fluids… without me asking! They were kind and courteous. We will be back with our other vehicles.

Awesome attendants. Clean establishment. I came in with a maintenance warning light on and they had me out with fresh oil, topped up fluids, and air in the tires in about 15 minutes. They were even kind enough to apply a coupon when though I didn't have one on me!
