The crew that worked the shift of around 3:00pm on 9/11/2026 including Brian were phenomenal. Not only did they give a fast oil change, they also did a code check for my engine light. I appreciate this Jiffy Lube staff on Knox Avenue

First time customer here and I’m delighted to report that this location is great! Greeted by a friendly, professional employee, I was asked if I wanted to stay or exit my vehicle. Since I was still in my PJ’s, I opted to stay inside my vehicle. I thought it was nice to have that option. Then, came the professionalism. All my lights, bells and whistles were checked. Information taken down, tires, fluids…They were like worker bees. Relentlessly focused, they put my Jeep back together! The young lady went over my oil choices and costs so they’d be no surprises come check out! While waiting, I engaged in some friendly banter with another employee about resetting my oil gauge which I found very helpful! All in all, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Epic experience right in my neighborhood and I will definitely be returning! Thank you Jiffy Lube for making the start of this old guys day special!

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for more than 10 years. The faces may change but the service is always great! They have many times gone over and above to get the job done. They offer other services I may need and let me know if they see something wrong - all while I sit comfortably in my car!

I took my Acura for an oil change today and had the best experience. The gentlemen all had great manners and didn’t try to hassle me into other purchases. What a great group!

This was my first time using jiffy Lube. But this was a great experience. Every staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. Dre was the one who cashed me out and checked everything I needed done. He was extremely nice and funny. They treated me like a queen. My car was out front with the driver door open and Dre let me get in and closed my door. If you are looking for a place to get your oil changed but feel at home also. This is the place to go. I didn’t feel as though I was there for a service. I felt like I was at home in my Big Brother’s garage while the did the maintenance on my car but me paying my own bill..????????????
