I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for the past 21 years and I love their professionalism. They know their job very good communication and I’m just very happy with them.. yes, some of the prices did go up, but that’s to be expected all in all. I think Jiffy Lube for me my opinion my experience Jiffy Lube is better than the other places that tries to be like them I’ve tried some of those matter fact, a couple of them that sprouted up and I was not satisfied at all with their common courtesy or professionalism or communication at all.

We were treated with kindness and respect, and everything was explained thoroughly. We appreciate all of the service we received at the N Augusta, SC location!

The customer service is great, the pricing is pleasing, and the employees are knowledgeable and quick. After several times of going off and on, the service I received today reminded me why I should return.

The site manager and tech did a great job making sure my truck was serviced quickly. The manager was responsive and thorough and attentive to quality work. She was knowledgeable and courteous. Very please with the changes at this location.

This location is always prompt, professional, and customer centered. They usually let us stay in the car while our toddler takes a nap and are able to change the oil and balance the tires and top off any fluids. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Awesome service very friendly staff

The staff at Jiffylube were friendly, upbeat and helpful. Often the upsells feel pushy but the staff here presented them in a positive way, without a hard sell feel. They got along and communicated well and it made the experience feel welcoming.

Passed 2 other JL's to come here specifically. They always take care of me with a smile. Highly appreciate
