I am very impressed with the repairs they have done for me. Their master mechanic is excellent. Jiffy Lube is more than a place for oil changes, it is a place for repairs!!

Sense moving to the area and having good service at jiffy lube from where I moved from I chose this location because of the reviews. I’m glad I did.

I’ve been using Murrells Inlet Jiffy Lube for 6 years and I’ve been so satisfied with service until today. The manager, Trace was very rude and I almost lost my cool. However, Sarah, the assistant manager was my technician and she was very professional and kind. Trace will never touch my car he was so unprofessional and rude! He does not need to be in contact with customers. He will run off business!

Pleasantly surprised at how competent everyone was. I bought the oil (Castrol) and filter and they did the work.

Instead of trying to upsell, they should have been through enough to check All of my air filters & reset the oils life setting

Had a standard oil change today and everyone was very professional. I have had some hit/miss experiences at other locations in the past, but Sarah and the rest of the staff at this one were great. Will definitely use them in the future.

Was traveling for work and needed a quick oil change. They got me in and out quick. Service was excellent, my service advisor was very friendly, she also sat down and reviewed the inspection with me to ensure I understood everything. Great maintenance shop.

Staff are very friendly and oil change was efficient. Used a Groupon purchased for $79, for a full synthetic change (up to 5 quarts) and my car takes 6.9 quarts. So for 1.9 quarts, and my tires to be rotated, it was $90. On top of the $79 for the Groupon. That's really high. Would recommend shopping around.
