They tried to charge me for full synthetic when they had put in conventional oil, which would have almost double the cost. Manage to get a 10 dollar off coupon the 30 one stated online didn't work at that shop. Lied about topping off the power steering fluid. Quated high price for a cabin filter replacement then didn't put the cover for it back on
