The service manager was exceptionally good. He helped me sign up for email and text notifications and also explained everything that was going on with my car thoroughly without making me feel like I was stupid.

Great service! They got me in and out quickly, which I really appreciated. Sometimes places like this can be a little pushy about filters or other add-ons they say you need but not this time. Jerord was great! He provided excellent customer service from start to finish, and he didn’t forget my sticker!

They got me in and out in a very timely manner. They were real friendly. They checked my tires and my tires were bad and they let me know.

I keep coming back because the crew is not only efficient but vet friendly. I never feel like they are trying to "scare sale" me this is don't need. As a woman, I truly appreciate this.

This morning, I had a battery issue that caused my Bronco Sport to lose all power at the intersection of Highway 290 and Reidville Road. In a 7:00 AM panic, I was trying to find someone to help jump my vehicle when one of your master technicians (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) came to my rescue. He quickly got my Bronco started and was incredibly kind and helpful during a stressful situation. I was later able to get everything resolved thanks to a pending Ford recall, but I wanted to publicly express my gratitude. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and genuine kindness. You turned a stressful morning into a much better one, and you’ve absolutely earned a new customer!

friendly staff good service they did good on my car changing the oil and it was over all a good experience. highly recommend going here I will go back if I have any other car issues. its a 5 star rating for me.
