I was treated very good and had a very quick oil change, I was greeted by Mr.D Britney and Mr.E and Rob, perfect experience

Amazing experience from rob, Mr.e, Britney, and Devon, Happy Halloween!!!!! I hope the people who helped us today stay in there they were the best people in our 2 and a half years of going!

Ok… so, this may be long - but please read… I got here at 10am, it’s 3:30pm. Filter will NOT come out - last oil change was here. But let me tell you THIS… these people ARE going above and beyond ! I have never had such a pleasant experience !! They sent 2 techs from other stores to come help - but the SHOUT OUT goes to Brittany, Deshawn (not sure of spelling), Ernest, Robert and Mr. Jay… if the owner of this store sees this post… PLEASE PLEASE buy this crew lunch and throw a BONUS in their checks… THEY DESERVE IT !

Brittany and Ernest were absolutely the best! Very professional and friendly. A million stars across the board for Jiffy Lube of Moncks Corner. Would recommend them to anybody!! If you need anything, go see them and trust you’re in good hands.

They were fantastic the sweet girl was awesome friendly quick efficient and communicated the whole time they had me in and out in a jiffy. Also they had the special machine i needed for my model car that other quick oil changes places do not offer excellent service.

Jon did a excellent job. Stopped by at 745 am and he was the only one there. He handled it all by himself. He saved me a trip to florence. I work here . Need more guys like Jon

Brock absolutely killed my oil change first thing in the morning. Communicated everything like a seasoned professional to myself and his team. He had a good attitude and didn't skip any steps. He made sure I was aware of everything at all times. Give the man a raise! I'll be comming back. You will be gaining a lot of new business as long as Brock is running the show.
