Cristian/Jimmy did amazing, they were quick and very respectful.

I was at this location with my sister-in-law, who was having work done on her car as an observer, I want to say that every customer was greeted by a technician and walked inside and explained what services were available. When they got busy, the manager Jimmy jumped in and got right to work to help everyone. After their work was done, they walked the customers back out to their cars and everyone was happy. I sat in an Open showroom that was clean and had fresh coffee and was air conditioned and very comfortable! Overall the Manager Jimmy runs this facility efficiently and i was impressed. Great job.

The wait was over an hour as they needed to get specific oil for my VW, the 3 local stores did not have in stock and the 20 min turned into longer but the staff kept me up-to-date and gave me a good price due to the wait time.

Jimmy & Terrance made my after work oil change a breeze! They were able to get me in for an oil change immediately and provided great customer service. Terrance even opened my door for me. My wait was less than 20 minutes. Customer service was top notch.
