I brought my Acadia in with an engine symbol displayed on my infotainment system, and a small leak. My vehicle was diagnosed and worked on. However I took it in two more times for the same problem. The mechanics did not stop working on my vehicle until they found the problem and repaired it. So far my vehicle is running nicely with no engine symbol displayed.

Jiffy lube team members went above and beyond to fix my headlights. The previous owner had some work done to headlights that I was unaware of but the jiffy team figured out what was going on and was able to fix my problem. Thanks so much guys!

The service was good. The manager said they were currently closed per the company, but he still did the job. He stated that since I was there he wasn't going to turn me away!! Very respectful!!!

They were fast and worked as a team, they help me learn things about my car that I had forgotten. They shared experience strength, and hope. We hope to work together again

I’m new to LakeCity so when I called in on the day before Ramona explained all the different oil changes with pricing etc . I also received coupons in the mail from Jiffy Lube and Ramona answered all my questions with such understanding and sweet responses . The day I went in and got my oil change Ramona gave me a great break down of what I needed after the vehicle inspection and also offered their services . She made me feel even more comfortable because I’m a female so of course people only thing we know the basics lol but she broke everything down and time frames that I should watch out for . I will definitely be using Jiffy Lube in Lake City again for my next vehicle service especially with Ramona breaking everything down and the time frames I should watch out for within things on my vehicle.
